【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、水洗式小便器に使用する目皿に関す

目皿は通常、陶器で作られ外表面に釉薬がかけ
られている。焼成時の焼割れがないように等肉に
するため内部に中空部を形成することが好まし
い。このため石膏等の材料を使用した割型を使用
し、内部の空洞に泥漿を注入すると、泥漿中の水
が石膏に吸収されて空洞内面に泥漿中の固体分の
層が着肉する。これに施釉して焼成すると中空部
を有する目皿が得られる。

時は煙草の吸殻等の異物を混入することなく汚水
（小水及び洗浄水）を排水路１に流し、定期掃除
時には、目皿を取除いて排水路１をバキユームホ
ース等を用いて清掃するためである。目皿は内部
に中空部３を有し、上下にはこの中空部３に連通
する上孔４及び下孔５を設け、外周面には複数の
突条６が形成されている。突条６間の空隙７は、
目皿と排水路１上部の漏斗状壁部８間の汚水の流
れをよくするためのものである。尚、上孔４及び
下孔５を設けたのは、目皿と漏斗状壁部８間に汚
水が一時に集中して流れが悪くなることがあるの

いためブラシ等の掃除具の挿入が困難で、無理に
挿入すれば壁部を破損する等の欠点があつた。

ている。尚、本考案の場合、目皿の外周面に形成
した突条１０間の空隙１１を充分深くして漏斗状
壁部８と目皿の空隙１１間を通る経路を大きくし
て排水経路Ａを大きくして汚水の流れをよくする
と共に目皿の肉厚を薄くして焼割れを防止するこ
