[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a perforated plate used in a flush urinal.

Peripherals are usually made of ceramic and have a glazed outer surface. It is preferable to form a hollow portion inside to ensure uniform thickness to avoid cracking during firing. For this reason, when a split mold made of a material such as gypsum is used and slurry is injected into the internal cavity, the water in the slurry is absorbed by the plaster and a layer of solids in the slurry is deposited on the inner surface of the cavity. When this is glazed and fired, a perforated plate with hollow parts is obtained.

Figures 5 to 7 show the perforated plate thus obtained.
The urinal perforation is removably provided so as to cover the urinal drain entrance 1, and communicates the inside of the bowl 2 of the toilet with the drain 1. The removable part is used to drain waste water (small water and washing water) into drain 1 at all times without contaminating foreign substances such as cigarette butts, and during regular cleaning, the perforated plate is removed and drain 1 is drained. This is for cleaning using a vacuum hose or the like. The perforated plate has a hollow part 3 inside, an upper hole 4 and a lower hole 5 communicating with this hollow part 3 are provided at the top and bottom, and a plurality of protrusions 6 are formed on the outer peripheral surface. The gap 7 between the protrusions 6 is
This is to improve the flow of wastewater between the perforated plate and the funnel-shaped wall section 8 at the upper part of the drainage channel 1. The reason why the upper hole 4 and the lower hole 5 are provided is to vent air to prevent sewage from concentrating at a time between the perforated plate and the funnel-shaped wall 8 and causing a poor flow. .

As shown in the perforated plate assembly drawing in FIG. 5
The water is drained into the drainage channel 1 through a route passing through the water.

There is no problem with the sewage that passes through the route of arrow A, but there is a problem with the sewage that passes through the route of arrow B. That is, dirty water enters the hollow part 3 of the perforated plate and contaminates the inside. This tendency is strong because the inner wall of the hollow part 3 is unglazed. If this contamination becomes severe, the lower hole 5
The hollow part 3 is clogged with contaminants, resulting in sewage retention in the hollow part 3, which is a sanitary drawback. Furthermore, even if an attempt is made to clean the hollow part 3 in which sewage has accumulated, it is difficult to insert a cleaning tool such as a brush because the pilot hole 5 is small, and if the cleaning tool is inserted forcibly, the wall part may be damaged.

According to the present invention, the above-mentioned disadvantage is solved by the perforated plate provided at the entrance of the drain of a flush urinal, which removably covers the drain, and communicates with the drain in the bowl of the toilet. The perforated plate is formed in a solid shape and has a hole penetrating in the axial direction of the toilet bowl,
The hole is achieved by a urinal perforation formed in a tapered shape that increases in diameter toward the bottom.

As can be seen from the figure, the perforated plate of the present invention differs from the conventional perforated plate shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 in that the hollow portion 3 is not formed and it is formed in a solid shape. Moreover, instead of the upper hole 4 and lower hole 5 communicating with the hollow part 3 of the conventional example, a tapered hole 9 whose diameter increases toward the lower part of the perforated plate is provided. In the case of the present invention, the drainage path A is created by making the gap 11 between the protrusions 10 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the perforated plate sufficiently deep to enlarge the path passing between the funnel-shaped wall portion 8 and the gap 11 of the perforated plate. It is preferable to increase the size to improve the flow of waste water and to reduce the thickness of the perforated plate to prevent cracking.

Since there is no hollow part inside the perforated plate and there is a tapered through hole that expands in diameter downward, it is sanitary because dirty water does not accumulate inside. In addition, since the space inside the perforation plate is a tapered hole, it can be easily cleaned with a small brush. Also, unlike conventional examples, it is possible to apply glaze inside the taper hole, so that objects do not adhere to the inside of the perforation plate. Since there are no hollow parts, it can withstand shocks caused by cleaning tools.
