本考案は、主に二階以上の浴室の洗い場に設け
る排水床構造に関するものである。

とし、洗い場床の排水をこの筒口22から排出さ
せるようにしたものである。しかし、この構造で
は本体30内部に水封式のトラツプを有する関係
上、排水の効率が良好とはいえず、排水が多いと
床面24の排水口付近に排水が一時たまるので不
潔であつた。 ところで実願昭59−70015号において、風呂場
の洗い場に施工し、排水の効率を良くする排水枡
が提案されている。この排水枡は底部の排水部に
床トラツプを取付けて洗い場床に埋設し施工する
ものである。これによれば排水が多い場合でも、
排水は一旦排水枡本体内にたまるので洗い場にあ
ふれることはなく不潔にならない。また施工時、
床タイルの傾斜がつけやすく、広い床タイルが使
用できる等の利点もある。 しかしその反面、この排水枡は床タイルとの境
界部分が長い為に境界部分から漏水する可能性も
高い。従つて施工場所が一階である場合はさほど
問題はないが、二階以上の浴室に施工する場合
は、水漏れがあると階下に流れ落ちることになる
ので、漏水の可能性の高い上記排水枡を施工する
場合この点の解決が望まれていた。

段は次の通りである。即ち本考案は、 浴室の洗い場の床には、下方に向けて設けられ
た排水筒を有する排水枡が埋設してあり、前記床
の下方には、外周に漏水を集める集水フランジを
設け内部に排水トラツプ装置が備えてある集水具
と、層状に設けられた遮水部材とが埋設してあ
り、前記集水具は前記排水筒と連通しており、前
記遮水部材の集水縁部は前記集水フランジ上に延
出して遮水部材で遮水された漏水を集めるように
してあり、更に、前記集水具側壁には集水フラン
ジから集水具内に通じる所要数の連通孔が設けて
ある浴室の排水床構造である。 遮水部材としては、通常遮水シートが使用され
るが、他の公知の遮水部材を使用することもでき
る。遮水シートの場合集水具の箇所に貫通孔を設
けることもできるし、遮水シートの端縁を位置さ
せることもできる。 排水筒の上部には、通常は毛髪等を分離するた
めの目皿や網体が載置される。 集水具の材質は鋳鉄、プラスチツク等を挙げる
ことができるが、特に限定はされない。 集水具の集水フランジの形状は、傾斜面を形成
した円盤状であるが、漏水を集めるという機能を
果せばその形状は特に限定されない。 連通孔は集水フランジで集められた漏水を集水
具本体内に排出できればよく、溝、孔等、構造は
特に限定されない。

本考案を図面に示した実施例に基き、更に詳細
に説明する。第1図は本考案の一実施例を示す断
面図である。 スラブコンクリート50には集水具3が埋設し
てある。スラブコンクリート50の上面には遮水
シート51が敷設されている。遮水シート51の
所定の箇所には貫通部510が設けてある。貫通
部510周縁部のスラブコンクリート50はやや
窪んで形成されており、遮水シート51はそれに
沿つて敷設されている。そして遮水シート51の
貫通部510下側には集水具3が配設されてお
り、貫通部510の周縁部は集水具3の集水フラ
ンジ31の上に載せてある。 遮水シート51の上には、下地モルタル52が
打ち込んである。下地モルタル52には、排水枡
1が埋設されており、排水枡1には排水筒2が取
付けてある。また、下地モルタル52の上には床
タイル53が張設されている。 第2図は排水枡と排水筒及び集水具の分解斜視
図である。第1図、第2図を参照して排水枡と排
水筒及び集水具の構造を説明する。 排水枡1は上部が開口した平面視長方形の箱体
で、排水枡本体11と蓋12を備えている。排水
枡本体11に被冠される蓋12には所要数の排水
孔120が形成されている。また排水枡本体11
の底板13の一方の端部には円形の排水口15が
設けられ、排水口15の内縁にはフランジ部14
が形成してある。このフランジ部14には所定の
長さの排水筒2が取着されており、排水筒2上部
には分離網21が載置されている。 排水筒2の下部には集水具3が連結される。集
水具3は、略椀形の本体30上部に排水筒2を挿
入する挿入部32が形成されており、挿入部内壁
33にはパツキン35が装着されている。そして
排水筒2はパツキン35で水密状態に挿着され
る。この挿入部32を囲むようにして円盤状の集
水フランジ31が設けてある。なお、排水筒2の
挿入深さは一定の範囲で調整可能であり、排水枡
本体11は高さを異にする浴室洗い場床であつて
も施工できるようにしている。なお、パツキン3
5は排水筒2側に取り付けることもできる。 挿入部32周縁には上縁部34が上方に突出し
て設けてあり、上縁部34の周縁やや下方に円盤
状の集水フランジ31が形成してある。集水フラ
ンジ31の周縁部は上方へ向つて傾斜しており、
漏水を集めやすくしている。そして集水フランジ
31の上面と上縁部34との間には本体30内部
に連通する四個の連通孔36が形成されており、
集水フランジ31で集められた漏水は本体30内
部へ排出されるようにしている。本体30の下部
には筒状の排水部37が形成され(第1図)、排
水部37の上部は本体30の底部から上方へ突出
し、下部は下方へ突出しており、下部内壁には排
水管を取着する取着部38が形成されている。そ
して排水部37上部には内部に載置部390を備
えた椀体39を被冠して水封式のトラツプを形成
している。 これによれば、排水枡本体11の周囲の目地や
床タイル53の目地等から水が漏れた場合、漏水
は遮水シート51によつて止められ、遮水シート
51を伝つて集水フランジ31に集められ、連通
孔36から集水具3内部に排出されるので、階下
に漏れる心配はない。 なお、本考案は図示の実施例に限定されるもの
ではなく、実用新案登録請求の範囲の記載内にお
いて種々の変形が可能である。
