Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 シリカゲルを吸着剤とする第一除湿体4aと
、該第一除湿体4aに接続された合成ゼオライト
を吸着剤とする第二除湿体4bと、前記一方の第
一除湿体4a側に接続されて被処理気体を該第一
除湿体4a側から第二除湿体4b側に通過させる
べく供給するための被処理気体供給用の配管部1
1と、前記他方の第二除湿体4b側に接続されて
吸着剤再生用の加熱気体を被処理気体の通過位置
とは異なる位置で第二除湿体4b側から第一除湿
体4a側に通過させるべく供給するための再生用
気体供給用の配管部17とを夫々具備してなるこ
とを特徴とする気体の除湿乾燥装置。 2 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の気体の
除湿乾燥装置に於いて、第一除湿体4aと第二除
