【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は自転車のフレームにハンガーを取付け
る装置に係り、考案の目的とするところはフレー
ムとハンガーの溶接面を広くして強度を向上させ
走行時ペタルに作用する外力による捩れに対し十
分強度を保持する堅牢なフレームを製作せんとす

本案を図面に示す実施例によつて説明すると、
１は所要の外径と長さと有する長尺のパイプを二
つに折返し、前半を所要間隔を残して平行に揃え
前端をヘツドパイプ２に連接して構成したフレー
ム、３は後半を長形環状に屈曲して形成せるチエ
ンステーである。４はフレーム主体の所要個所下
側に溶着したハンガーにして平行フレーム間に差
し込まれたシートパイプ５の下端をハンガー４の
上面に溶接すると共にシートパイプの着根両側を
第１図乃至第３図に示すようにフレームに溶接し
たものである。尚このシートパイプの下端溶接部
はフレームとシートパイプ下端の溶接面を広くす
る手段として第４図に示すようにシートパイプの
下端６を扁平に絞つてもよく又シートパイプの端
部とフレームとの接合部を第５図に示すように角

ガーに加わる外力に因る捩れ作用に対し十分堪え
る強度を具備し、仍つて本案によればフレームの
強度は向上し、又この取付装置は極めて簡単であ
るから製作時の工数も少なく従つて製作費低減に

てフレーム主体とし、後半を長形環状のチエンス
テーに形成した自転車フレームに於て、シートパ
イプの下端を平行フレーム主体間に嵌合挾着し溶
着すると共に下端をフレームの下側に当接溶着さ
れるハンガーに溶接によつて連接したことを特徴
とする自転車フレームに対するハンガーの取付装
