Furthermore, it is preferably used because of its non-toxic and non-polluting properties.

除湿能力を発揮させる除湿器が必要である。 However, such a deliquescent moisture absorbent deliquesces and becomes a solution when it absorbs a certain amount of moisture, so there are problems in handling such as leakage of this solution. Therefore, there is a need for a dehumidifier that exhibits a high dehumidifying ability without causing any problems in handling the solution resulting from the deliquescence of the moisture absorbent (hereinafter also referred to as deliquescent liquid).

Therefore, we are proposing a type of dehumidifier that does not leak outside.

There were problems such as damage to the liquid-impermeable sheet and leakage to the outside.

This led to the proposal of the present invention, in which a vibration isolating material (buffer material) is provided. That is, in the present invention, an inner container containing a moisture absorbent and having at least a portion of its upper surface or side surface covered with a breathable and liquid-impermeable sheet is placed inside an outer container with a partially open opening, and the inner container is placed at the bottom of the outer container. This dehumidifier is characterized in that it is placed and housed on a vibration isolating material laid on the inner surface.
以下、本考案を図面に基づき詳細に説明する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on the drawings.

In the dehumidifier of the present invention, an inner container 3 having an opening 1 on the upper surface liquid-tightly covered with a breathable and liquid-impermeable sheet 2 is placed inside an outer container 5 having an opening 4 on the upper surface. The inner container 3 is configured to be placed and housed on a vibration isolating material laid on the inner surface of the bottom of the outer container, and a moisture absorbent 7 is built into the inner container 3.

Ru. The moisture absorbent 7 that has absorbed moisture deliquesces and gradually becomes an aqueous solution, which remains above the moisture absorbent 7. However, since the inner container 3 is of a closed type and the sheet 2 provided in the opening 1 is liquid-impermeable, the deliquescent liquid will not leak to the outside. In particular, water retention agents such as water-absorbing polymers, water-absorbing paper, water-absorbing valves, synthetic amorphous silica, synthetic calcium silicate, etc.
It is preferable to use perlite, anhydrite, zeolite, quicklime, silica gel, a gelling agent, etc. in combination to prevent liquid from leaking to the outside even if the packaging material is damaged.

易にできるため好ましく用いられる。 In the present invention, for the members constituting the inner container 3 and the outer container 5, known water-impermeable materials can be used without particular limitation. For example, plastics such as polypropylene, polyethylene, and polystyrene, glass, resin, and paper laminated with non-water-permeable materials are commonly used, but it is best to use transparent materials so that the moisture absorbent stored inside can be seen through. This is preferable because it can be done. The shape of the inner container 3 is generally a tray with an open top surface as shown in FIG. good. Further, the shape of the outer container 5 is not particularly limited as long as it can accommodate the inner container 3 and has an opening 4 for supplying moisture to the breathable and liquid-impermeable sheet 2 of the inner container. For example, a box-shaped container as shown in FIG. 1 is common, but a container with a lid 8 as shown in FIG. 2 is particularly preferably used because the inner container 3 can be easily replaced.

The size of the micropores may generally be 50μ or less. The breathable and liquid-impermeable sheet 2 having such micropores can be suitably manufactured by, for example, stretching a thermoplastic resin containing an inorganic filler. That is, the above stretched sheet is
Polyolefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, or thermoplastic resins such as polyvinyl chloride, polyester, and polyamide are made to contain 35% by weight or more, preferably 40 to 85% by weight, of an inorganic filler to obtain a sheet-like product, which is then reduced in volume. Stretching ratio 50-500%,
It is preferably obtained by uniaxial or biaxial stretching in the range of 200 to 400%. The above inorganic filler generally has an average particle size of 0.1 to 100μ, especially 0.5μ.
Calcium, magnesium, with about ~20μ
Oxides and hydroxides of aluminum, silicon, etc.
Inorganic compounds such as salts are preferably used. The thermoplastic resin stretched sheet thus obtained has fine pores and is excellent in air permeability and liquid impermeability. In addition, water-repellent cloth can also be used as the sheet. Note that in this specification, the term "sheet" does not have a strict meaning in terms of thickness, and is a general term including film.

This makes it difficult for external vibrations to be transmitted into the inner container 3, thereby preventing damage to the breathable and liquid-impermeable sheet 2 due to the vibration noise of the deliquescent liquid and the vibrations of the deliquescent liquid.

As long as it is difficult to transmit the vibrations of the outer container 5 to the inner container 3, it can be used without any particular restrictions. For example, felt,
Among sponge bodies, cotton, cloth, etc., felt is particularly preferably used. Further, as a specific embodiment of laying the vibration isolating material 6 on the bottom inner surface of the outer container 5 and placing the inner container 3 thereon, as shown in FIG. In addition to the mode in which the inner container 5 is laid on the bottom inner surface and the inner container 3 is simply placed thereon, the second
As shown in the figure, the vibration isolating material 6 is laid on the inner surface of the bottom of the outer container 5 so that the surrounding area of the bottom side of the inner container 3 is also covered with the vibration isolating material 6. A mode in which it is partially buried is preferably recommended. The latter aspect can effectively prevent vibration transmission to the inner container 3 not only from external vertical vibrations but also from horizontal vibrations.

Furthermore, a rust preventive agent, a deodorizing agent, a fungicide, an aromatic agent, an insect repellent, a freshness preserving agent, etc. can be used in combination. As a method for retaining these chemicals in the dehumidifier, for example, the above-mentioned chemicals are impregnated into a porous sheet, etc., and the porous sheet is laminated on the upper surface of the breathable and liquid-impermeable sheet 2. Any method may be used without particular limitation.

It's hard to convey. Therefore, it is possible to prevent noise generation due to vibration of the deliquescent liquid and damage to the breathable and liquid-impermeable sheet. Therefore, it is particularly suitable as a dehumidifier inside a piano or a car.
