Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a dehumidifier attaining simultaneously the odoring, the fungi-resistant or the insect-repelling action together with the drying action by using ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin impregnated with an odorant, a fungicide or an insecticide in combination with a drying agent. CONSTITUTION:An inside vessel 2 housing a drying agent 4 such as CaCl2 and providing the small holes 7 to a bottom is provided to the inside of an outside vessel 1 so that a space 8 is provided between the bottoms of both vessels and a top surface or one part of a side of the outside vessel 1 is constituted of a thin membrane 3 of a high molecular sheet which has the moisture permeability but the water nonpermeability.
