【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案はフイルターエレメントの交換を容易化
した濾過式集塵装置に関するものである。

(従来の技術) ケーシングの内部の仕切板に複数のフイルター
エレメントを懸垂状に取付けた濾過式集塵装置は
広く用いられているが、従来のものはフイルター
エレメントの交換作業に多くの手数を必要とする
欠点があつた。そこで実開昭57−173819号公報に
示されるように、ケーシングの中央部に水平に設
けられた有孔の仕切板とその下面にねじ止めされ
る取付板との間にフイルターエレメントの頂部の
保持プレートを挾圧させ、フイルターエレメント
を取付板とともに仕切板から取外せるようにした
濾過式集塵装置が考案されている。ところがこの
装置ではフイルターエレメントの頂部を仕切板と
取付板とに挾圧させることによりフイルターエレ
メントを仕切板に気密に取付けているので、フイ
ルターエレメントの重量により取付板の中央部が
撓んでシールが甘くなりガスリークが発生し易い
欠点があつた。従つてフイルターエレメントを複
数列配設しようとすると取付板を複数列に分割す
る必要があり、交換作業が煩雑化する欠点もあつ
た。
