Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電子線を放出するフイラメントにそれぞれ負の
高電圧を印加する高電圧印加回路と、前記フイラ
メントに直流電力を供給するフイラメント加熱用
回路とを備えた電子銃において、 前記フイラメント加熱用回路は、発光駆動され
る光源と、前記光源からの光の受光が可能でかつ
当該光源から電気的に絶縁分離された位置に配置
されるとともに、前記フイラメントに接続された
太陽電池とを備え、前記太陽電池の起電力を前記
直流電力として前記フイラメントに供給すること
を特徴とする電子銃。
