【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はアワメータ、殊にその内部構造に関す
るものである。

し、両側に夫々側壁部2,2を一体に有するフレ
ーム1の前部には、一対の軸7,8が両端を側壁
部2,2に支持されて架設され、一方の軸7には
複数個の数字車4が、他方の軸8には複数個の桁
送りピニオン8が取付けられており、更にフレー
ム1の後部には減速輪列6が配置されてフレーム
1後方に取付けられるモータ20の回転が、減速
輪列6と、フレーム1の前後方向に軸方向をおい
たウオーム軸11とを介して最下位桁の数字車4
に設けたウオームホイール12に伝えられ、更に
桁送りピニオン5を介して順次上位桁の数字車4
に回転が伝えられるものである。ところで、この
ものにおいてはその組立性に問題がある。つまり
数字車と桁送りピニオンとを夫々軸に取付けるに
あたつては、両軸の少なくとも最下位桁側の一端
を側壁部から外した状態で数字車と桁送りピニオ
ンとを夫々上位桁の方から交互に組み込んでいく
のであるが、組み込むにつれて側壁部との間隙が
小さくなり、最下位桁の数字車の組み付けはこの
ものがウオームホイールを備えていてウオームと
干渉することもあつて手作業でなくては困難であ
る。更にこれら数字車と桁送りピニオンとの各軸
と、減速輪列の軸との方向が異なつているため
に、組み立てに際して2方向、時には3方向から
行なう必要があり、自動組立を行なうとすればフ
レームの方向を変えたり組み込み部品の挿入方向
を各部品毎に変えねばならず、作業工程が複雑で
工数が増大し、またトラブルの発生頻度も高いも
のとなつている。従つて、自動組立は殆ど不可能
な構造となつている。

以下本考案について説明すると、本考案は一側

輪列の各軸が互いに平行に架設されているととも
に、これら各軸と直交して減速軸側と数字車側の
軸とを接続するウオーム軸が、上記他側がわが開
放されたものとして形成されたボスにより、上記
各軸の軸方向から着脱自在に支持されていること
に特徴を有するものであり、数字車や桁送りピニ
オン及び減速輪列を各軸にその軸方向であるフレ
ームの一側から行なえるようにするとともに、こ
れら軸と直交する存在であるウオーム軸も同じ方
向から組み込めるようにしたものである。図示実
施例に基いて詳述すると、第3図は一実施例を示
すものであつて、フレーム1は一側にのみ側壁部
2を一体に有して他側は開放されているものであ
り、仕切壁15にて前後2空間に仕切られ、前室
は前面と上面とが開放され、後室は上記他側面の
みが開放されている。そしてこのフレーム1の開
放された一側には、別体に形成された側壁3が取
付けられるものであり、前室に配設される数字車
4と桁送りピニオン5との各軸7,8と、後室に
配設される減速輪列6の各軸9,10とは、フレ
ーム1の側壁部2と側壁3との間に互いに平行に
架設されるものであり、前室と後室とに両端のウ
オーム13,14を夫々位置させて軸方向が前後
方向とされたウオーム軸11は、仕切壁15に一
体に設けられた側壁3側が開いているボス16に
よつて支持されているものである。
