分jにおける雨仕舞は不良となりやすかつた。又
屋根材a上に直接、仕上げモルタルdが塗着され
ることとなるため、仕上げ厚さを正確に定める目
標がなく、作業能率が悪かつた。その上、仕上げ
むらが生ずる他、前記のごとく隙間及びひび割れ
も生じ、又かかる隙間部分、ひび割れ部分の周囲
が雨水の浸透により変色することもあつて、外壁

れ、該肉厚部21の長手中央部分には小径の透孔
20が所定ピツチで穿設されている。なおコーナ

後に弾性帯状体2を圧入してもよい)、その際、
水平片13の先端部26が左官定木の役目を果
し、仕上モルタル25の塗着作業を極めて容易と
する。又本実施例においては、取付片12に貫通
孔15が、又水平片13に条溝19、透孔20が
設けられているため、仕上げモルタル25は、前
記貫通孔15、条溝19及び透孔20であるモル
タル保着部に食込むこととなり、コーナ材1と仕
上げモルタル25との縁切れがより確実に防止さ
れる。なお透孔20は、塗着された仕上げモルタ
ル25の水分を排出する機能をも有し、仕上げモ
ルタル25が乾燥するまでの期間を短縮する。さ
らに、水平片13は、外壁仕上げ部17の下面と
なつて該下面を防止するとともに、外壁仕上げ部
17の表面18に降りかかつた雨水を、外壁仕上
げ部17内への浸入をほとんど招くことなく、水
平片5の先端部26において速やかに滴下せしめ
る。なお図示のように、水平片13を斜め下方に
傾斜するごとく突設するばあいには、水切りが一
層良好となる。又水平片13は、屋根材7との間
において寸法精度のよい化粧目地27を形成し
て、外壁3と屋根5との接続部分6の外観美を向
