光器の出射光を試料に照射する励起光とモニタ検
知器に照射する光に分離するためのビームスプリ
ツタと、モニタ検知器より成る蛍光光度計におい
て、前記ビームスプリツタとモニタ検知器間に拡
散板を設置し、励起光を拡散板のみで拡散させ、
ローカリテイを除去したのち、その一部を検知器
