(Prior art) In cases where the vehicle body is divided into a cabin and a loading platform, such as a truck, in order to paint these parts, conventionally the cabin and loading platform must be coated on one truck. The carts were then conveyed to the painting line at regular intervals using, for example, a chain conveyor or the like for painting.

The painting line consists of a spraying process in which paint is sprayed onto the car body, and a drying process in which the paint is dried in an oven. In the drying process, the car body mounted on a trolley is passed through a hot furnace to dry it, but fuel is always required to keep the inside of the furnace at a high temperature. In order to reduce fuel consumption, it is desirable to narrow the spacing between the carts so that as many carts as possible can be put into the furnace at once.

From this point of view, it is preferable to make the distance between the cabin on the trolley and the loading platform as narrow as possible; however, if this distance is too narrow, paint will not be sprayed onto the opposing parts during the spraying process. However, there is a problem in that the distance between the cabin and the loading platform cannot be made very narrow.

Guide rails 21a and 21b for guiding the rollers 3a and 3b of the second truck 3 are provided on both sides of the rear upper surface of the first loading platform 2, extending back and forth, and in the center, guide rails 21a and 21b for guiding the rollers 3a and 3b of the second truck 3 are provided. Lever 31 for positioning
A locking rail 22 is provided extending back and forth, along which the tip 31a of the locking rail 22 is guided. Inside this locking rail 22, there is a pair of locking guides 23 at the front and rear.
a, 23b are fixed, and stoppers 24a, 24b are fixed at predetermined intervals in front of the lock guide 23a and at the rear of the lock guide 23b, respectively. On the other hand, a positioning lever 31 is disposed on the lower surface of the second truck 3 with one end protruding to the side of the second truck 3 and the other end protruding into the locking rail 22. The end 31a of this lever 31 that protrudes into the locking rail 22 is connected to the locking guide 23.

2A and 2B show the second cart 3 in the drying process position, at which time the end 31a of the lever 31 has entered the space between the stopper 24a and the lock guide 23a. The second truck 3 is fixed to the first truck 2.
To move this to the position for the spraying process, lift the end 31a of the lever 31 and remove it from between the stopper 24a and the lock guide 23a, then move the second cart 3 backward (to the right in the figure). The end portion 31a is moved between the stopper 24b and the lock guide 23b. Note that at this time, it is not necessary to always lift the lever end 31a; once it is removed from between the stopper 24a and the lock guide 23a, the end 31a can be lifted by simply moving the second cart 3 backwards. It is lifted along the upper slope of the lock guide 23b and enters between it and the stopper 24b. It goes without saying that the vertical movement of the lever end 31a may be performed manually or automatically.

Figure 3 is a front view showing the state in which a plurality of carts are conveyed at regular intervals on the road surface 1 of the line by a chain conveyor, etc. in the spraying process of a painting line, and Figure 4 shows the conveyance state in the drying process. It is a front view.

In the spraying process, the second cart 3 is positioned at the rear, and the distance between the cabin 4 and the loading platform 5 is set to the distance "A" necessary for spraying, and the opposing surfaces 4a and 5a of both can also be sprayed, and the drying process is performed. In this case, the second truck 3 is positioned at the front, and the distance between the cabin 4 and the loading platform 5 is set to a distance "B" which is narrower than the above-mentioned distance "A". The required space between each truck is "D" for the spraying process and "E" for the drying process, including the required minimum distance "C" between the rear end of the loading platform 5 and the front end of the adjacent cabin 4. Since A>B, D>E, and the space required for each cart in the drying process can be reduced.

具体的な例を挙げると、吹付工程における間隔

To give a specific example, the spacing "A" in the spraying process needs to be about 0.6 to 0.8 m, and the spacing "B" in the drying process can be about 0.05 m, so the required space for each cart is about 0.5 m to 0.8 m. 0.7m shorter. As a result, while the required space "D" for the spraying process was 5.5 m, the required space "E" for the drying process can be shortened to approximately 5 m. Conventionally, the drying process required 5.5m of space, so for example, only 22 units could fit inside a drying oven with a total length of 130m at a time, but with the trolley structure of the present invention, 25 units can fit inside.
It is possible to improve equipment efficiency by approximately 10%.

In addition, in the above example, the second truck is provided on the first truck on which the cabin is placed via a roller as a sliding device, and the loading platform is placed on this second truck. A first trolley and a second trolley, each movable on the road surface of the painting line, are connected via a slide device so that both can move relatively back and forth, and each of the first and second trolleys is provided with a cabin and a second trolley. A loading platform may be placed on it.

(Effect of the invention) As explained above, in the present invention, the first cart on which the cabin is placed, and the second cart on which the loading platform is placed,
The cart is relatively movable in the direction of travel, and the distance between the cabin and the loading platform can be changed, so in the spraying process, the distance between the two is increased so that the opposing surfaces of the two can be sufficiently coated. In the drying process, by reducing the distance between the two, the number of carts that can enter the drying oven at one time can be increased, and the efficiency of the drying oven equipment can be improved.
