Generally speaking, floor construction is done by putting up bundles, passing the floor joists through them, arranging the joists on top of them, laying the floorboards, and laying the tatami. However, in concrete buildings, the floor height is made as high as possible. Because of the need to lower the floor height, so-called rolling floor assembly is used, in which the joists are arranged directly by fixing the joists to the slab instead of stacking them together. Recently, however, this method has been abandoned, and a method has been adopted in which the joist brackets are directly fixed to the slab, the joists are arranged, and the floorboards are laid side by side. However, in consideration of the noise from downstairs in concrete buildings such as apartments, the wood wool cement board flooring method, which does not require joists or floorboards, has rapidly become popular in public housing.
This construction method does not require joists or floorboards, and the thickness is 50 mm.
A wooden wool cement board is placed on top of the slab, and tatami is laid directly on top of it. Wood wool cement boards have become popular due to their sound insulating properties and economic efficiency as floor bases that do not require joists. In this construction method, due to the need to correct unevenness in the slab finish and to provide ventilation and piping under the floor, mortar blocks with a height of 30 mm to 50 mm are placed, and wood wool cement boards are crimped on top of them.
This is a construction method that uses a tatami base, but mortar is used as a wet construction method, and workers cannot stand on the wood wool cement board for several hours until it is completely dry. It became unpopular because it caused rattling. Therefore, special fittings for the dry method have been developed that allow the floor surface to be adjusted by fitting plastic nuts with seats and fixing washers from both sides of the wood-wool cement board, and inserting bolts from the floor surface. However, for this one, the part that acts as a nut in the through hole in the 50 mm wood wool cement board is about 10 mm of the nut with washer, so after adjusting the floor height, fix the bolt. There is no way to do so. Therefore, this method has the drawback of causing rattling in the bolts and causing floor noise.
Even though the flooring is made of wood wool cement boards, which have sound insulating properties, the rattling of the floor fittings can cause noise to the downstairs.

This is a floor bundle fitting for floor assemblies exclusively for wood wool cement boards, which eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks so that it can function as a complete flooring material. That is , a nut with a square washer with a non-slip claw and a nut with a round seat are inserted into both sides of a wood wool cement board (thickness 50 mm) that has about 5 through holes per square meter, and these are inserted into the bundle. Finely adjust the floor height by connecting the bolts that serve the purpose and rotating the bolts from the floor. Once the adjustment is complete, tighten the nuts with round seats from the floor. They are fixed as soon as they make contact, and the bundle bolts are double-nutted, creating a solid floor assembly.

The figure is a cross-sectional view of a conventional construction method using wood wool cement boards and dry construction method floor metal fittings. The floor metal fittings 1 are inserted into the through holes 3 from both sides of the wood cement board 2, and the bundle bolts 4 are inserted into the nuts 5 with seats in the lower body of the floor metal fittings 1.
Since it is tightened only with the approximately 10 mm screw 6, it cannot be fixed, and the bundle bolt 4 is likely to rotate naturally due to vibrations of the floor surface, causing rattling.

であると確信します。 In this invention, the floor bundling fittings for wood cement boards must be tightened from both sides of the through holes in the wood cement board, and the bundling bolts can be adjusted from the floor surface using the bundling bolts. This system was developed based on the realization that the three points mentioned above are essential requirements for the dry floor construction method: the bolts are tightly tightened with seated nuts and the bundle bolts do not rotate naturally. That is, as shown in the perspective view of the floor bundle fitting of the present invention shown in FIG. 3 and the sectional view of the same in FIG. The seated nut 8 is temporarily tightened with a temporary tightening bolt 9 and shipped from the factory.
At the site, after understanding the standard of floor height, as shown in the cross-sectional view of the floor bundle fitting 10 of the present invention shown in FIG. Twist it in from the side. At that time, the temporary tightening bolt 9 used for temporary fixing at the factory
are rotated upward by the rotation of the bundle bolts 11, and the temporary tightening bolts 9 are rotated upward by the floor height.
If the nut 8 comes up higher, it can be easily pulled up because there is no thread cutter on the upper part 13 of the nut 8 with a round seat. The wood wool cement boards 2 arranged in a row according to the floor height are raised from the floor surface 12 by twisting the head 14 of the bundle bolt 11 or the head 15 of the temporary tightening bolt 9 in the nut 8 with a round seat. Make fine adjustments. Since the lower nut 7 with a square seat has a function of 15 mm, and the nut 8 with a round seat on the top has a function of 35 mm, the minimum usable length of the screw of the nut 8 with a round seat on the top is determined.
If you keep it down to 15mm, there will be an extra length of 20mm, so the fine adjustment width for all floor assemblies is 20mm. If a greater adjustment width is required, the length of the bolt bundle 11 will be changed. In this way, the bundle bolt 11 acts on the lower square seated nut 7 and the upper round seated nut 8 by 15 mm each, resulting in double nut tightening of at least 30 mm. The bolt bundle 11 whose floor height has been finely adjusted is easily double-nut-tightened by the turning hole 16 of the nut 8 with a round seat and becomes immovable. In this way, the bolts are passed through the special double nuts inserted from both sides of the through-hole 3 of the wood cement board 2 to form a floor bundle, and the bundle bolts 11, which can be finely adjusted from the floor surface, are fitted with a rubber pad at the bottom for loosening. Glue 17, cut out the four corners of nut 7 with square seat,
We believe that the floor bundle fitting 10, which has a claw-like shape 18 that bites into the wood-wool cement board 2, has a perfect structure as a floor-bundle fitting exclusively for the wood wool cement board as a Tatami base.
