Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the sound-heat insulating performance of double floor structure used for a multiple dwelling house or the like. CONSTITUTION:An elastic base seat 13 is installed on a concrete base 11, and a floor panel bearer 15 is supported in the vertically movable state at the upper part of a supporting bolt 14 supported in the vertically movable state at the base seat 13. An elastic sheet 26 is installed on the floor panel 25 supported on the floor panel bearer 15. The hardness of the base seat 13 is set higher, in a range of 1.2 times to 2.0 times, than that of the sheet 26. Out of impact noise to the floor, low frequency region impact noise is thereby absorbed mainly by the base seat 13, and high frequency region impact noise is absorbed mainly by the sheet 26. Also since the floor surface and a space formed by double floor structure are shut off doubly by the floor panel 25 and sheet 26, the space seling performance is heightened.

In the double floor structure as described above, since the load applied to the floor is concentrated on the pedestal 4, the material of the pedestal 4 is a material having high hardness and capable of withstanding a high load. Need to be used. However, when the hardness of the pedestal 4 is high, the sound insulation of light impact sounds such as footsteps among the above-mentioned daily noises may be insufficient, especially when the wooden flooring 9 is used as the floor material. The tendency was remarkable. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a wooden flooring 9 having a rubber sheet attached to the lower surface may be laid on the floor panel 2. However, depending on the material of the rubber sheet, the rubber sheet and the pedestal 4 absorb each. In some cases, the frequency range of the impact sound overlaps too much, and a frequency range that is difficult to be absorbed appears.

Moreover, since the wooden flooring 9 is generally measured to be smaller than the floor panel 2, many gaps are formed between the installed wooden floorings 9, and the concrete base 7 is inserted through these gaps. There is also a problem that a small amount of air circulates between the space formed between the floor panel 2 and the floor panel 2 and the surface of the wooden flooring 9, and the sound insulation and heat retention of the double floor structure deteriorate.

In the double floor structure of the present invention, the hardness of the pedestal installed on the concrete base is set higher than the hardness of the sheet installed between the floor panel and the surface material. In the impact sound, the impact sound in the low frequency range is mainly absorbed by the pedestal, while the impact sound in the high frequency range is mainly absorbed by the seat. Further, since the floor surface and the space formed by the double floor structure are doubly blocked by the floor panel and the sheet, the airtightness of the space is enhanced.

When the floor panel 25 is installed, it is determined that the floor panel 25 does not lower by a predetermined height or more, and the unthreaded rod portion 19
Can serve as a lowering stopper for the floor panel 25. Further, the length of the first screw portion 20 is such that, when the support bolt 14 is maximally screwed into the pedestal screw member 18, a space of about 10 mm is generated between the lower surface of the pedestal 13 and the lower end surface of the support bolt 14. Has been done. Further, the length of the second screw portion 21 is the floor side screw member 22.
The length of the upper end of the support bolt 14 does not protrude from the upper surface of the floor panel 25 fixed on the floor panel receiver 15 when the support bolt 14 is fully screwed in.

At the four corners of the upper surface of the plywood block 15c, the four corners of the lower surface of the floor panel 25 are supported so that the upper ends of the support bolts 14 are exposed, and are fixed to the plywood block 15c by the adhesive sheet 15a. ing. Further, an elastic sheet 26 made of soft rubber or the like is installed on the upper surface of the floor panel 25. In the double floor structure of the present invention, the hardness of the truncated cone 17 is 1. The hardness of the truncated cone 17 and the hardness of the sheet 26 are set to be 2 to 2.0 times. This is because if the hardness of the truncated cone 17 is less than 1.2 times the hardness of the sheet 26, the frequency ranges of the impact sounds absorbed by the truncated cone 17 and the sheet 26 will overlap too much, and a frequency range that is difficult to be absorbed will appear. so,
Further, if the hardness of the truncated cone 17 is 2.0 times or more the hardness of the sheet 26, the creep property of the sheet 26 deteriorates and the sheet 26
This is because there is a risk of causing so-called "fatigue."
In the case of this embodiment, the sheet 26 is made of plastic foam having a JIS hardness of about 55.

Then, while checking the height of the floor panel 25 with water thread or the like, a driver is inserted into the tool insertion groove 23 of the support bolt 14 and the support bolt 14 is rotated to move the floor panel 25 up and down together with the support bolt 14. Adjust the level of the floor panel 25. In this case, when the support bolt 14 is rotated, right and left screws are formed on both upper and lower ends of the support bolt 14, so that the support bolt 14 is screwed only at one place. By comparison, with the same amount of rotation of the support bolt 14, the support bolt 14 of this embodiment moves up and down by a double stroke.

In the double floor structure of this embodiment, since the pedestal 13 of the floor support leg 12 is made of a material having a relatively high hardness such as hard rubber, even if the load applied to the floor is concentrated on the pedestal 13,
The floor is stably supported by the pedestal 13. Moreover, since the pedestal 13 has an appropriate elasticity, the frequency is approximately 10
The impact sound below 00 Hz is absorbed by the pedestal 13. Further, since the sheet 26 is laid between the floor panel 25 and the wooden flooring 27, the frequency is about 100.
The impact sound of 0 Hz or higher is absorbed by the sheet 26. Therefore, the pedestal 13 and the seat 26 can absorb the sound wave in the frequency band forming the shock sound over almost the entire area, and the shock sound is effectively shielded.

Moreover, the space formed between the concrete base 11 and the floor panel 25 and the surface of the floor are the floor panel 25.
And the sheet 26 doubly block the flow of air between the surface of the floor and the space to enhance the airtightness of the space. As a result, the sound insulation of the double floor structure and The heat retention is further improved.

Further, as described above, the length of the first screw portion 20 of the support bolt 14 is such that the lower surface of the pedestal 13 and the lower end surface of the support bolt 14 when the support bolt 14 is maximally screwed into the pedestal screw member 18. Since a space of about 10 mm is generated between the upper surface of the concrete base 11 and the lower end of the support bolt 14 in the through hole 16 of the pedestal 13 during and after the floor panel is laid. There is always space in the concrete base 11
4 won't hit. Moreover, coupled with the fact that the pedestal 13 absorbs the impact, it becomes difficult for noise to be transmitted in the upper and lower floors of the building, and the sound insulation effect is improved.

On the other hand, since the right and left screws are formed on both upper and lower ends of the support bolt 14, respectively, the support bolt 14 is the same as the support bolt 14 having a screw formed only at one place. Since the support bolt 14 of this embodiment moves up and down by a double stroke depending on the amount of rotation, the floor panel 25 can be quickly adjusted in level, and the construction period can be shortened.

Moreover, since the level adjustment of the floor panel 25 is performed at both the screwing adjustment of the support bolt 14 into the pedestal screw member 18 and the screwing adjustment of the support bolt 14 into the floor side screw member 22, the support is performed. Compared with the level adjustment of the floor panel 25 only at one place of the bolt 14,
The floor panel 2 is obtained when the floor support legs 12 of this embodiment are used.
The level adjustment range of 5 becomes remarkably large. Further, since the first screw portion 20 and the second screw portion 21 are both metric threads, the pedestal screw member 18 and the floor side screw member 22.
The rattling of the screw when the support bolt 14 is screwed in is reduced.

Since there is always a space between the floor panel 25 and the lower end of the floor panel 25, the upper end of the support bolt 14 does not protrude from the upper surface of the floor panel 25 fixed on the floor panel receiver 15. There is also an effect that can be performed.

[Experimental Example] Next, the effect of the present invention will be described with reference to an experimental example. The chloroprene rubber used for the pedestal and the plastic foam used for the sheet in the above examples were each subjected to a sound insulation performance test by a method according to JIS-A1418, and the results shown in FIG. 3 were obtained.

As can be seen from FIG. 3, chloroprene rubber exhibits high sound insulation performance in the frequency range of 1000 Hz or lower, while plastic foam has 125 Hz or lower and 10 Hz or lower.
High sound insulation performance was shown in the frequency range of 00 Hz or higher. As a result, the impact sound level was below the standard value of the sound insulation class L-55 (4th class according to JIS class) over almost the entire measurement frequency range. This indicates that in an apartment house and the like, the footsteps and running sounds of the upper floors are suppressed to such an extent that they do not become a problem in daily life.

As described above, in the double floor structure of the present invention, the hardness of the pedestal installed on the concrete base is set higher than the hardness of the sheet installed between the floor panel and the surface material. Therefore, in the impact sound to the floor, the impact sound in the low frequency range is mainly absorbed by the pedestal, while the impact sound in the high frequency range is mainly absorbed by the seat, and as a result, the impact sound is configured. It becomes possible to absorb sound over almost the entire frequency band, and the sound insulation of the impact sound is improved. Further, since the floor surface and the space formed by the double floor structure are doubly blocked by the floor panel and the sheet, the airtightness of the space is enhanced, and as a result, the sound insulation of the double floor structure is achieved. And heat retention are improved.
