本発明は集合住宅用高層建築物に関するもので

絡路を設けてなる高層建築物によつて構成され
る。

の階に移動し同連絡路を経て順次下降して地上に

各戸の住宅１にはそれぞれ自動車路２に通じる専
用駐車場３を同住宅１に接して設ける。この自動
車路２は第１図、第３図に示すように各戸の住宅
１の外周に環状に設けられ、又は第５図に示すよ
うに各戸の住宅１，１の中間に設けることができ
る。そして地上４と上記自動車路２とをそれぞれ
直接に自動車登降車道５によつて接続し地上４に
連絡する。又上記自動車路２の両端部には上下の
自動車路２，２に接続する登降連絡路６，６を設
けるものである。上記自動車路２は一方通行（第
１図）及び対面通行（第３図、第５図）のものが
設計され対面通行部分には通行区分線７を路面に
表記する。勿論上記登降車道５及び登降連絡路６
は対面通行幅に形成される。尚図中８で示すもの
は２階よりなる１戸の住宅１に設けた上下の自動
車路２，２に通じる階段、９は上下自動車路２，
２を連絡する階段である。

かつ上下の住宅１に自動車を移動させることがで
きるから、火災時の避難脱出を迅速簡便に行い得
るばかりでなく消防車を高層火災現場に近接させ
ることができる。
