Generally, when welding workpieces with V-shaped or Since the welding does not spread over the entire width of the groove, the target position of the torch is shifted slightly to the left and right, and welding is performed by distributed welding. However, when distributed welding is performed using a plurality of welding torches arranged substantially in a straight line in the welding direction, a step is formed on the surface of the weld bead, which poses a problem in terms of appearance.

The chips 14 and 14' were arranged so that they did not touch, and the arc points were brought close together to perform welding as one molten pool. However, in order to prevent each torch from touching, the extension l was made longer than necessary. Or, it was necessary to set the torch angle in opposite directions.

An embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 3 to 5. 3 is a side view, FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line A-A' in FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 is a bottom view in the direction of arrow B in FIG. In these, 1 and 2 are right-hand and left-hand torches, respectively, and these two torches are supported by torch support fittings 3 and 4, respectively. The inner side of the torch tip and tip is cut to make it flat so that the two torches can approach each other, and the torch has an appropriate curvature at a certain position in the longitudinal direction to match the welding conditions. The tip is bent in a straight line.

It is fixed with bolts 10. The insulating plate 6 determines the welding wire spacing, and according to this embodiment, when the wire diameter is 3.2 mm, the thickness of the insulating plate 6 is 3.2 mm.
By setting the distance to 9 mm, the interval became 9 mm. The insulating plate 6 can be made of glass, epoxy plate, or the like.

That is, grooves are formed on the torches 1 and 2, and half-ring-shaped protrusions that fit into the grooves are formed on the tips 5 1 and 5 2 . The protective cover 9 protects the chip fixtures 7, 7' from welding heat. The protective cover 9 is made of a thin steel plate, and the chip fixtures 7, 7' are fixed with bolts with a little space provided so that welding heat is not easily conducted to the chip fixtures 7, 7'. The bottom of this protective cover has been omitted in FIG. Further, 11 and 11' are sliders that support the torch section, and the guide shaft 1
It has a structure that allows it to slide on 2 and 12' as necessary.
