【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、連鋳機において鋳片から取外したダ
ミーバーの格納、運搬、鋳型への再挿入に使用す
るチヤージングカー、例えば上面の弧状経路をコ
ンベアチエーンが移動する形式のチヤージングカ
ーのコンベアチエーンにダミーバー端部材を接続
する接続機構の改良に関する。

部が位置するようダミーバーを挿入して鋳造準備
状態とする。この種のチヤージングカーの1例は
特公昭48−4296に示されているが、コンベアチエ
ーンは無端帯形式で、2つの係止具によつて接続
替してダミーバーの格納と鋳型の上方からの吊降
しを行なわせるようになつている。コンベアチエ
ーンとダミーバーとの接続機構は概して複雑で着
脱の手数のかかる等の問題が従来あつたので、本
考案ではチヤージングカーのコンベアチエーンは
往復動式とし、接続替することなくダミーバーの
チヤージングカー上への格納および鋳型への挿入
を行う。ダミーバーの鋳型への挿入は上部挿入の
場合ダミーバーの端部材のヘツド部とボトム部と
が交換使用されるものとするか、下部挿入方法
(特願昭60−40651)による。ただし本考案はダミ
ーバーのコンベアチエーンへの接続装置に関する
ものであるので、チヤージングカーの作動形式に
よつて限定されるものではない。

り、重量物の保持接続に満足でない。また後者
は、着脱に多くの作業を要し、接続部が形状変形
を生じ易く、アリ溝接続であるためフツク側がア
リ溝の変形に追従することが不可能で、ダミーバ
ーヘツドの使用回数が増すと保持の安全性が低下
してゆく。
