材が水平位置を保持した状態で前記当接部よりも
固定金型側に位置し傾斜辺部は位置決め部材が揺
動した状態で前記位置決め取り付け体の平坦面に

以下に本考案の実施例を図面に基づいて詳述す
る。まず第1図はプレス製品ずれ防止装置10を
示し、中心線11から右半分は可動金型12が、
固定金型1に嵌合した最下降位置にあり、左半分
は加工後、可動金型12が上昇し、被加工物2が
加工された状態を示している。可動金型12は被
加工物2を成形加工するために受け入れる凹形状
をなし、その中心部には被加工物2の上部を押圧
するためのパツド13がスプリング部材14によ
つて支持されている。そして、可動金型12の固
定金型1と対向する外面には、弾性を有したウレ
タン部材15が取り付けられ、後述する位置決め
取り付け体16を下方へ押圧する形になつてい
る。一方、固定金型1は可動金型12の凹形状と
対応した凸形状をなし、その周りの複数箇所に
は、加工前、被加工物2の外形が所定位置に嵌ま
る形になつている固定位置決め部材17と加工
後、被加工物2の縁部3を保持する可動位置決め
部材18とが上記の位置決め取付体16に取り付
けられて配設されている。固定位置決め部材17
は第2図に示すように、平板19と、平板19の
一辺に被加工物2を滑り落とすことができる形で
傾斜して固定されている棒部材20とからなり、
平板19の上記した一辺は被加工物2の縁部3が
当たる当接部21を形成している。平板19の上
面の2箇所には長孔22,22が形成されて、位
置決め取付体16にボルト23によつて調整可能
に取り付けられている。可動位置決め部材18は
その側面が略直角三角形状であつて、その傾斜辺
部24の方向に荷重がかかり、回動する形で、幾
分、可動位置決め部材18の垂直辺部25寄りに
軸26によつて回動自在にスペーサ27が軸支し
ている。軸支されているスペーサ27には、可動
位置決め部材18の底辺部28が水平になる位置
で、かつその傾斜辺部24側に当接する形でスト
ツパ29が埋設され、スペーサ27は、さらに他
のスペーサ30を介して、第3図に示すように位
置決め取付体16に長孔31を介してボルト32
によつて調整可能に締めつけられている。垂直辺
部25は固定位置決め部材17の当接部21より
も幾分、固定金型1寄りに位置する。即ち、成形
加工後、被加工物2の縁部3は当接部21よりも
内方に移動するので、その移動した位置に垂直辺
部25が当接する形に設けられる。従つて、当接
部21と、垂直辺部25は被加工物2のフランジ
部33の幅によつて調整自在である。第1図に戻
り、位置決め取付体16の下部にはガイド棒部材
34が固定され、固定金型1の平面部にスプリン
グ部材35を介して貫通孔に嵌挿し、可動金型1
2が押圧することによつて圧縮し、その離脱によ
つて、位置決め取付体16が所定位置に復帰する
