- 異なる室圧を持つ２つ以上の隣接するクリーン
・ルームに於いて、該クリーン・ルーム間の扉の
開放信号を受けて該クリーン・ルームへの外気供
給量を自動調整し該クリーン・ルーム間の室間差
圧を零とならしめる機能を有した室圧制御機構。
