ルブ開度と加重値との関係を示す図である。 １１……空気調和設備、２５……熱交換ユニツ
ト、２７……メインコイル、２８……サブコイル
、３２……メインコイル用制御弁、５７……サブ
コイル用制御弁、６０……コントローラ（演算手
段）。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 加熱または冷却された熱媒が流通させられ
    る熱交換用のコイルと、 上記コイル内の熱媒と熱交換された空気を所定
    の空調エリアに送出する送風機と、 上記コイル内を流れる熱媒の流量を調整可能で
    かつ空調エリアの設定温度と検出温度との差に応
    じてバルブ開度が制御されその開度に応じて熱交
    換量を制御するコイル用制御弁と、 予め求めた上記制御弁のバルブ開度と熱媒の流
    量との関係に基づいて当該空調エリアにおける単
    位時間ごとのバルブ開度に応じた変数値を求める
    とともにこの変数値に送風機運転による定額値を
    加えた値を上記送風機が運転されている間だけ積
    算する演算手段と、 を具備したことを特徴とする空気調和設備。 (2) 前記コイルは少なくとも１つのメインコイ
    ルと１つのサブコイルを含み、これら双方のコイ
    ルにそれぞれ上記制御弁が設けられており、各制
    御弁のバルブ開度に応じた変数値に送風機運転に
    よる定額値を加算することにより複数のコイルが
    使われた場合の空調費用を計量する請求項１記載
    の空気調和設備。
