【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はコンクリート構築物の築造に際して、
コンクリート型枠を組立てる場合、その型枠間隔
を保持する間隔保持杆と型枠締付金具との係合関
係を最良の状態にし、また打設したコンクリート
が硬化後型枠を解体する場合大量に使用している
型枠間隔保持杆を型枠から簡単な操作で、然も迅
速に取外すことができるようにしたことを特徴と
したコンクリート型枠締付装置に関するものであ
る。即ち従来使用しているコンクリート型枠間隔
保持杆は、添付図面中第1図に示してある如く、
型枠に穿孔した挿通孔を通してコンクリート型枠
締付金具の係合部と係合する場合は、型枠間隔保
持杆の両端部に構成してある半円球状の頭部をコ
ンクリート型枠締付金具の係合部に係合して型枠
を組立て、このコンクリート型枠間にコンクリー
トを打設し、コンクリートの硬化後型枠をコンク
リート面より離脱させるため型枠間隔保持杆と型
枠締付金具との係合状態を解除した後、型枠の挿
通孔に挿通した型枠間隔保持杆の頭部を型枠から
取外す必要があるが、その取外し作業中添付図面
中第2図に示す如く型枠間隔保持杆の端部の半円
球状頭部の内側水平部が型枠の挿通孔端部に引掛

諸問題を解決するために創案されたコンクリート
型枠締付装置で、以下その構成および作用効果の
実施例を添付図面により説明する。

し、該押圧部13にはコンクリート型枠間隔保持
杆Aを挿入孔16の下方より上方に向つて押上げ
嵌入させる狭巾縦長孔14を設け、更に型枠押圧
部13に連形した締付金具本体12の側のコンク
リート型枠間隔保持杆Aの係合部1の凹形曲面状
部2が当接係合する係合部を凸形曲面状部15に

ート型枠間隔保持杆Aの係合部1の凹形曲面状部
2が係合する如く、断面を円形状とした逆U字状
形の案内部10′が溶着固定されている構成であ
る。尚図中16′は挿通孔を示してある。次に本
考案の作用および効果について夫々の実施例によ
つて説明する。即ち本考案のコンクリート型枠締
付装置の構成に使用するコンクリート型枠間隔保
持杆Aは添付図面中第3図、第4図に示した如
く、コンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aの両端部に係
合部1を構成し該係合部1にはコンクリート型枠
間隔保持杆Aの本体に連なる側面に凹形曲面状部
2を構成し、更に係合部1から中心方向にストツ
パー4により係止されているコンクリート型枠B
を支承する座金5が遊嵌されており、またコンク
リート型枠間隔保持杆Aがコンクリート中でコン
クリートの硬化時に回転することを防止するため
の平坦部6が形成されている。またこのコンクリ
ート型枠間隔保持杆Aと共に本案のコンクリート
型枠締付装置を構成するコンクリート型枠締付金
具D,D′,D″と夫々の締付装置の実施例は次の
通りである。即ち添付図面第5図、第6図に示す
如く、コンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aの係合部1
をコンクリート型枠Bに穿設してある挿通孔3に
挿通しコンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aの係合部1
をコ字状形に構成してあるコンクリート型枠締付
金具Dの挿入孔16から内側外面部7の狭巾縦長
孔8内に嵌入させコンクリート型枠締付金具Dを
上方より下方に押下げればコンクリート型枠間隔
保持杆Aの係合部1はコンクリート型枠締付金具
Dの内面内側部9に溶接固着されている断面が半
円形状の逆U字形状の案内部10内を移動し、係
合部1の凹形曲面状部2と半円形状の案内部10
が合致しつつ該型枠締付金具Dに於て、コンクリ

を前方に押圧してコンクリート型枠締付装置の構
成は完了する。またコンクリート型枠間隔保持杆
Aと共に本考案のコンクリート型枠締付装置を構
成するコンクリート型枠締付金具D′との締付装
置の実施例は次の通りである。即ち添付図面第7
図、第8図に示してある如く、コンクリート型枠
間隔保持杆Aの係合部1をコンクリート型枠Bの
挿通孔3に挿通し、前記係合部1をコンクリート
型枠締付金具D′の前端部に連設してある型枠押
圧部13の狭巾縦長孔14内に下方より挿入し、
コンクリート型枠締付金具D′を押下げればコン
クリート型枠間隔保持杆Aの係合部1の凹形曲面
状部2と型枠押圧部13の凸形曲面状部15が合
