本考案はコンクリート構築物の築造に際して、
コンクリート型枠を組立てる場合、その間隔を保
持する間隔保持杆と型枠締付金具との係合関係を
最良の状態に構成し、また打設したコンクリート
の硬化後型枠を解体する際、大量に使用している
間隔保持杆を型枠から簡単に然も迅速に取外すこ
とができるように構成したことを特徴とするコン

持杆の両端部に構成してある半円球状の頭部をコ
ンクリート型枠締付金具の係合部に係合して型枠
を組立て、このコンクリート型枠間にコンクリー
トを打設し、コンクリートの硬化後型枠をコンク
リート面から離脱させるため型枠間隔保持杆と型
枠締付金具との係合状態を解除した後、型枠の挿
通孔に挿通した型枠間隔保持杆の頭部を型枠から
取外す作業をする必要があるが、その取外作業の
際添付図面第2図に示す如く、型枠間隔保持杆の
端部の半円球状の頭部の内側水平部が型枠の挿通
孔端部に引掛かり、コンクリート型枠保持杆を型
枠より取外すことが容易でない欠点があつた。特
に単板の型枠には数本の型枠保持杆が挿通使用さ
れているのが実情で、構築物築造に際しては莫大
な使用量があるため、その取外し作業は型枠を破
損する原因にも繋がる欠点があつた。本考案は上
記諸問題を解決するために創案されたコンクリー
ト型枠締付装置で以下その構成および作用効果の
実施例を添付図面により説明する。第1図は従来
一般的に使用されている型枠間隔保持杆A′を示
す側面図で、図中1′はコンクリート型枠締付金
具との係合する係合部で、コンクリート型枠間隔
保持杆A′の両端部に半円球状に構成し、2′は半
円球状の係合部1′の内側水平部である。第2図
は従来のコンクリート型枠間隔保持杆A′の頭部
よりコンクリート型枠を取外す状態を示す図で、
図中Bはコンクリート型枠、3は型枠Bに穿設し
た挿通孔、Cは打設したコンクリートを夫々示し
てある第3図は本考案のコンクリート型枠締付装
置に使用するコンクリート型枠保持杆Aを示す側
面図で、図中1は後述する本考案を共に構成する
夫々のコンクリート型枠締付金具と係合する係合
部で、コンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aの両端部に
構成され、特にコンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aの
本体に連形する側面に斜状直線部2を形成し、そ
の上端部を半円形状に形成し係合部1を構成して
ある。また係合部1から中心側にはストツパー4
によつて係止されている支承座金5が遊嵌され、
コンクリート型枠Bを支承する。またコンクリー
ト型枠間隔保持杆Aの中心部には硬化するコンク
リート中でコンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aが回転
することを防止する平坦部6が構成されてある。
第4図は本考案のコンクリート型枠間隔保持杆A
の係合部1の拡大部分図である。第5図は本考案
のコンクリート型枠締付装置を構成するコンクリ
ート型枠間隔保持杆Aと実施例の一つであるコン
クリート型枠締付金具Dとの締付装置を示す側断
面図。第6図は第5図の−線に於ける部分断
面図である即ち第5図、第6図に示してある本考
案を構成するコンクリート型枠締付金具Dは帯状
鉄板でコ字状形に構成され、その内側外面部7に
コンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aを嵌入させる狭巾
縦長孔8を設け、更にその内側内面部9にはコン
クリート型枠間隔保持杆Aの係合部1の斜状直線
部2が係合する如く、逆U字状形の斜状直線部を
有する案内部10が溶着固定されてある構成であ
る。尚図中Eは縦架ばた材、Fは横架ばた材、C
は楔を夫々示してある。第7図は本考案のコンク
リート型枠締付装置を構成するコンクリート型枠
間隔保持杆Aと実施例の一つであるコンクリート
型枠締付金具D′との締付装置を示す側断面図。
第8図は第7図の−線に於ける部分端面図で
ある。即ち第7図、第8図に示してあるコンクリ
ート型枠締付装置に使用するコンクリート型枠締
付金具D′は金属製で楔孔11を有する締付金具
本体12の前端部に型枠押圧部13を連設し、該
押圧部13にはコンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aを
下方から上方に向けて嵌入する狭巾縦長孔14を
設け、更に型枠押圧部13に連形した締付金具本
体12の側のコンクリート型枠保持杆Aの係合部
1の斜状直線部2が当接係合する係合部を斜状部
15にしてある構成である。尚図中Hは座金を示
してある。第9図は本考案のコンクリート型枠締
付装置を構成するコンクリート型枠間隔保持杆A
と実施例の一つであるコンクリート型枠保持金具
D″との締付装置を示す側断面図。第10図は第
9図の−線に於ける部分端面図である。即ち
第9図、第10図に示してあるコンクリート型枠
締付金具D″は帯状鉄板で外側が開枚された所謂
コ字状形に構成され、その内側外面部7′にコン
クリート型枠間隔保持杆Aを嵌入させる狭巾縦長
孔8′を設け、更にその内側内面部9′にはコンク
リート型枠間隔保持杆Aの係合部1の斜状直線部
2が係合する逆U字状形の斜状部を有する案内部
10′が溶着固定されている構成である。次に本
考案のコンクリート型枠締付装置のコンクリート
型枠締付装置の作用および効果について説明す
る。即ち本考案のコンクリート型枠締付装置の構
成に作用するコンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aは添
付した図面中第3図、第4図に示す如く、コンク
リート型枠間隔保持杆Aの両端部にその本体に連
形する側面に斜状直線部を形成し、その上端部を
半円形状に形成した係合部1を構成し、また係合
部1からコンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aの中心方
向にストツパー4により係止されているコンクリ
ート型枠Bを支承する支承座金5が遊嵌されてお
り、またコンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aがコンク
リート中でコンクリートの硬化時に回転すること
を防止するための平坦部6を形成されてある。ま
たこのコンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aと共に本案
のコンクリート型枠締付装置を構成するコンクリ
ート型枠締付金具D,D′,D″と夫々の締付装置
の実施例の作用および効果は次の通りである。即
ち添付図面第5図、第6図に示す如く、コンクリ
ート型枠間隔保持杆Aの係合部1をコンクリート
型枠Bに穿設してある挿通孔3に挿通し、コンク
リート型枠間隔保持杆Aの係合部1をコ字状形に
構成してあるコンクリート型枠締付金具Dの内側
外面部7の狭巾縦長孔8内に嵌入させ、コンクリ
ート型枠締付金具Dを上方より下方に向つて押下
げれば、コンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aの係合部
1はコンクリート型枠締付金具Dの内面内側部9
に溶着固定されている逆U字状形の斜状直線部を
有する案内部10が合致しつつ、該型枠締付金具
Dに於て、コンクリート型枠保持杆Aが上方に移
動水平状の頂点に達しせしめる。これによりコン
クリート型枠Bはコンクリート型枠間隔保持杆A
に遊嵌された支承座金5とコンクリート型枠締付
金具Dの内側外面部7とにより強固に挟持され、
然る後にコンクリート型枠Bに縦架ばた材Eを押
当て、コ字状形のコンクリート型枠締付金具D内
に横架ばた材Fを挿入し、楔Gを楔孔11内に挿
入して横架ばた材Fを前方に押圧してコンクリー
ト型枠締付装置の構成は完成する。またコンクリ
ート型枠間隔保持杆Aと共に本案のコンクリート
型枠締付装置を構成するコンクリート型枠締付金
具D′との締付装置の実施例は次の通りである。
即ち添付図面第7図、第8図に示してある如く、
コンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aの係合部1をコン
クリート型枠Bの挿通孔3に挿通し、前記係合部
1をコンクリート型枠締付金具D′の前端部に連
設してある型枠押圧部13の狭巾縦長孔14内に
下方より挿入し、コンクリート型枠締付金具
D′を下方に押下げれば、コンクリート型枠間隔
保持杆Aの係合部1の斜状直線部2と型枠押圧部
13の斜状部15を有する係合部とが合致係合し
て強固に挟持されるのである。これによつてコン
クリート型枠Bはコンクリート型枠締付金具
D′の押圧部13とコンクリート型枠間隔保持杆
Aの支承座金5により挟持され、縦架ばた材Eお
よびコンクリート型枠締付金具本体12の楔孔1
1に楔Gを挿入して横架ばた材Fを座金Hにより
前方に押圧してコンクリート型枠締付装置の構成
を完了するのである。またコンクリート型枠間隔
保持杆Aと共に本案のコンクリート型枠締付装置
を構成するコンクリート型枠締付金具D″との締
付装置の実施例は前述したコンクリート型枠締付
金具Dの実施例と類似した構成であり、コンクリ
ート型枠締付金具D″は添付図面第9図、第10
図に示してある如くコンクリート型枠締付金具
D″のコ字状形の内側内面部9′に溶着固定されて
いる逆U字状形の斜状部を有する案内部10′が
構成され、コンクリート型枠間隔保持杆Aの係合
部1の斜状直線部2との係合は更に強固に係合す
る構成である。以上説明した如く、本考案のコン
クリート型枠締付装置の構成に使用するコンクリ
ート型枠間隔保持杆は、本体に連形する側面を斜
状直線部に構成してあるため、コンクリートの硬
化後に於て、コンクリート型枠をコンクリート面
より剥離させ、コンクリート型枠間隔保持杆の係
合部から型枠を取外す際、型枠の挿通孔の内面が
コンクリート型枠間隔保持杆の係合部に構成して
ある斜状直線部によつて誘導され、コンクリート
型枠間隔保持杆の係合部が前記挿通孔の中心に位
置する状態になり、容易にコンクリート型枠をコ
ンクリート型枠間隔保持杆より取外すことが可能
となるのである。更にコンクリート型枠間隔保持
杆と共に本案のコンクリート型枠締付装置を構成
するコンクリート型枠締付金具は、コンクリート
型枠間隔保持杆の係合部との係合状態を夫々の実
施例で説明した如く、斜状直線部を有する断面が
逆U字状の案内部、更に型枠押圧部の型枠間隔保
持杆と係合する案内部を斜状直線部に構成してあ
るため、コンクリートを型枠間に打設した際コン
クリート型枠に対して押圧力が生じ、その結果、
コンクリート型枠間隔保持杆の係合部とコンクリ
ート型枠締付金具との係合状態に引張力が働らく
が、このような場合でもコンクリート型枠間隔保
