アーによる該洗浄液の吹飛ばし除去と、回収ダク
トによる該洗浄液の回収を順次行なうようにした
から、無端サンデイングベルトは比較的乾燥状態
におかれ、加工材の濡れが防止される等の優れた

Claims (1)
グベルトを掛渡してなる研削研磨装置とを送材通
路を介して対設してなるベルトサンダー機におい
て、 前記無端サンデイングベルトを通気性不織布ベ
ルトで形成するとともに、該無端サンデイングベ
ルトの直線走行部の表面側に、該表面へ洗浄液を
供給する複数の液噴射ノズルからなる洗浄液供給
部を配設し、該洗浄液供給部から加工材研削部位
に至るまでの位置の直線走行部に、口端をベルト
内面に向けて縦方向に列設した複数のエアーノズ
ルからなるエアー噴射部を配設し、該エアー噴射
部の外側にベルト表面を覆うようにして液回収ダ
クトを対設したことを特徴とするベルトサンダー
機におけるベルト洗浄装置。[Scope of Claims] 1.
