(Prior art) Conventionally, this type of corrugated pipe installation structure involves drilling a through hole slightly larger than the outside diameter of the corrugated pipe in the side wall of a manhole, etc., and inserting the end of the corrugated pipe into this through hole. After penetrating the corrugated pipe and holding the corrugated pipe approximately at the center of the through-hole using a spacer or support so as not to contact the lower side wall, filler such as mortar or concrete bond is filled into the peripheral edge of the through-hole. Construction work was carried out to completely seal the through-hole, thereby preventing groundwater from passing through the through-hole and accumulating in the manhole.

(Problem that the invention attempts to solve) However, it is difficult to drill a through hole of an accurate size in a relatively thick concrete side wall, and if a through hole is formed larger than necessary, In order to seal this hole, a large amount of filler material had to be filled in, which was complicated and required considerable skill, and it was extremely difficult to make the through hole completely watertight.

Further, in order to hold the corrugated tube in the center of the through hole, parts such as spacers are required, and the installation work of these parts is also troublesome, resulting in a problem that the efficiency of the installation work is low.

That is, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a mounting structure for a corrugated pipe with a gap between the side wall and the corrugated pipe on the outer periphery of a spiral corrugated pipe inserted into a through hole bored in the side wall of a manhole or the like. A pair of separators consisting of a peripheral wall that shields the corrugated pipe and has screws carved into its inner peripheral surface to engage with the corrugated pipe, and a flange stretched from one end of this peripheral wall are screwed together. The separator is locked at a position where the step formed by the brim and the peripheral wall abuts the inner wall or the outer wall of the side wall, and the circumference of at least one of the separators is inserted into the gap formed between the pair of separators. The method is to fill the water stop agent through an injection hole provided in the partition wall.

Reference numeral 1 designates a manhole, and an end of a corrugated plastic pipe 4 having a thread on its circumferential surface for an underground electric cable conduit is inserted into a through hole 3 formed in a side wall 2 of the manhole. Reference numerals 5 and 5' denote a pair of hard plastic separators with a left-right symmetrical shape that are screwed onto the outer periphery of the corrugated tube 4 near the entrance and exit of the through hole 3, and partition the through hole 3 and provide the corrugated tube 4 on its inner peripheral surface. Two small holes 8, 8 for injecting a filler are bored at opposing positions in the circumferential direction in the peripheral wall 6, which is provided with a screw 7 to be screwed into the wall, and a flange 9 is stretched from one end of the hole. A stepped portion 10 is formed on the outer periphery.

(iv) Inject a foaming water stop agent 12 such as foamable liquid polyurethane into the gap 15 between the left and right separators 5 and 5' through the small hole 8 in one of them (upper right side) through the injection nozzle 13. . At this time,
It is preferable to close the other small holes 8, 8, 8 of the separator with tape or the like.

The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and the shape of the separator, the thickness of the peripheral wall, the number of small holes, etc. can be changed as appropriate without changing the gist of the present invention. Furthermore, the pair of separators do not necessarily have to be formed to have the same shape and size.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, a through hole drilled in the side wall of a manhole etc. is blocked by a pair of separators, and the gap between the separators is filled with a foaming water stopper. Since the filler is injected through the small injection hole, the through hole will be completely blocked, and perfect watertightness can be expected between the side wall and the corrugated pipe, preventing water from entering and accumulating inside manholes, etc. The negative effects of doing so can be eliminated.

In addition, a pair of separators are screwed onto the outer periphery of the corrugated pipe and rotated so that each collar is brought into contact with the side wall surface. Since the filler is injected from the beginning, the process can be completed by simply screwing the separator and injecting the filler, and the efficiency of the process can be significantly improved compared to the conventional method.

Furthermore, the corrugated tube is positioned and held at approximately the center of the through hole due to the stepped portion formed on each separator, making installation work extremely easy without the need for separate parts such as spacers or holders. It can be made simple.

Furthermore, according to the above embodiment, a pair of separators can be formed from parts of the same shape and size, so it is sufficient to prepare only a single part, and the number of parts does not increase, making manufacturing and management of parts complicated. It is very efficient.
