Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the leak of water by a method in which a water-proof pipe and a hose are provided in a space formed in the water leak portion of a concrete wall, and concrete is placed there and even on a stopper water-tightly attached to the water-proof pipe. CONSTITUTION:A defective portion responsible for water leakage of a concrete wall 1 is cut off to form a space 2, and a through hole 16 is drilled there. A water-proof pipe 6 of a length L1 is set in the space 2, a hose 3 is connected to the pipe 6, and ground water on the outside of the wall 1 is drained. The water- proof pipe 6 portion connected with the hose 3 is removed out, and concrete is placed in the space 2 to bury the pipe 6. After the concrete is cured, the hose 3 is removed out, a stopper 13 is water-tightly attached to the pipe 6 and fixed, and the remaining space 2 is filled with concrete 17. Ground water can thus be drained through the pipe 6, and the leakage of water can be prevented by the stopper 13 attached to the pipe 6.

According to the conventional waterproofing method for basements, etc., the defective part of the concrete wall 1 that causes water leakage is temporarily improved, but the rapid setting cement 5 is not completely stopped from flowing through the hole 4 left by the hose 8. Since it is applied to the area, there is a drawback that it cannot completely prevent water leakage in the area.

In Figure 5.6.7, which shows the construction procedure, when a concrete wall 1 in a basement or the like leaks water, first cut out the defective part of the concrete wall 1 that is the cause of the water leak, and then create a vacant space 2 as shown in Figure 5. A through hole 16 that penetrates the concrete wall 1 is provided in the empty space 2. Then, select a waterproof pipe 6 with a length Ll that is slightly shorter than the thickness L2 of the concrete wall 1 in the relevant part, insert the waterproof pipe 6 into the cavity 2, and open the female threaded part 10 without the plug body 18. It is inserted into the inner wall of a basement or the like, and the other end is passed through the through hole 16. Next, attach the hose 8 to the outer circumference of the female threaded portion 10 of the waterproof tube 6 inserted into the space 2.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The figure shows a waterproofing method when long continuous cracks occur in the vertical direction or leak holes are scattered in clusters in a concrete wall 1 of a basement or the like. Two hollow spaces 2B2C are bored at required intervals, and a waterproof pipe 6 is inserted into each hollow space in the same manner as in the previous embodiment, and a hose 8 is connected to the space. be completely discharged. After that, a small notch was made in the inner part of the concrete wall 1 left between the two vacant spaces 2B and 2B2C, and that part was filled with quick setting cement 18, etc. to completely waterproof the area. Blank space 2A
Pour concrete on 2B20. Then, as in the previous embodiment, each waterproof tube 6 is closed with a stopper 18 to waterproof the continuous parts such as the wall.

In particular, according to the waterproof pipe 6 of the above embodiment, the waterproof pipe 6 has the corrugated part 8 and the rotation stopper part 9, and the waterproof pipe 6 is mechanically and firmly fixed to the concrete filling the void space 2. When tightened, the waterproof pipe 6 will not rotate and separate from the surrounding concrete, and water leakage that will be transmitted in the axial direction around the outer circumference of the waterproof pipe 6 will also be prevented, further improving the waterproofing effect. Since the waterproofing method of the present invention can locally waterproof the area where water leakage occurs, it can be widely applied not only to basements as in the above embodiment, but also to underground passages, tunnels, etc.
