(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a pulley used in a belt conveyor. (Prior Art) As is well known, belt conveyors are widely used to convey bulk materials in the form of lumps, particles, or powder. Particularly in recent years, the scope of its use has expanded, and it has come to be used for transporting high-temperature objects, and the wear resistance, heat resistance, etc. required of pulleys are increasing. Generally, a lining material such as rubber is attached to the surface of the body of the pulley to improve wear resistance. In addition, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-18717, a pulley that has both wear resistance and heat resistance by forming a layer of wear-resistant material mainly made of ceramic powder on the surface of the body has become available. ing. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Abrasion resistance has been improved by providing a pulley lined with an abrasion-resistant material layer mainly composed of ceramic powder (hereinafter referred to as a ceramic lined pulley). However, in order to manufacture the ceramic lined pulley, it is necessary to attach an anchor member such as a wire rod or wire mesh to the surface of the pulley body, and the wear-resistant material mainly made of ceramic powder is coated on the anchor member. It was common to deposit the material by means of the following methods. For this reason, when used in a belt conveyor for conveying high-temperature objects such as sintered ore, the wear-resistant material layer frequently peels off or falls off in a short period of time. In addition, the manufacturing cost is high, and when the wear-resistant material layer is repaired or replaced, it is necessary to remove the pulley from the belt conveyor equipment, making maintenance difficult. The present invention was created in order to fundamentally solve the problems of the ceramic lined pulley, and to provide a pulley that is excellent in heat resistance, wear resistance, and maintainability. (Means for Solving the Problems) Specific means for solving the problems in the prior art described above will be explained based on figures showing embodiments. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing one embodiment of a pulley based on the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 1. In the figure, 1 is the body, 2 is the shaft, and 3
is a mirror plate. An arbitrary number of liner members 50 are protruded from the circumferential surface 1a of the body 1 in the axial direction, that is, parallel to the axis of the shaft 2. The liner member 50 includes wear-resistant pieces 5 made of ceramics such as high alumina, silicon nitride, silicon carbide, and zirconia to an appropriate size, and a wear-resistant piece 5 that holds a large number of these wear-resistant pieces 5 in a row. Worn piece retainer (hereinafter simply referred to as retainer)
4 and a stopper 7 for preventing the wear-resistant small piece 5 held by the holder 4 from detaching from the holder 4. For example, as shown in the perspective views of FIGS. 3 and 5, the wear-resistant piece 5 is provided with engaging recesses 5b on a pair of opposing side surfaces 5a1 . That is, the wear-resistant piece 5 in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 has a trapezoidal cross-section with the lower part narrowing upward, and the step between the lower part and the upper part forms the holding recess 5b. Further, the wear-resistant piece 5 in the embodiment shown in FIG. 5 is provided with a groove 5b 1 on the side surface 5a 1 , and this groove 5b 1 constitutes the engaging recess. On the other hand, the holder 4 has holders 6, 6a having a cross-sectional shape adapted to the lower part of the wear-resistant piece 5 and the retaining recess 5b (this lower part and the retaining recess 5b are hereinafter collectively referred to as the mounting part 5a). It has a structure in which the holding part 6 holds the mounting part 5a of the wear-resistant piece 5 described above from both sides.
In FIG. 5, reference numeral 6a 1 indicates a retaining collar that engages with the groove 5b 1 . As described above, the holders 4 are arranged parallel to the axial direction and at a predetermined distance from adjacent holders 4, and are welded to the circumferential surface 1a of the body 1 or attached to screw fastener means or the like. It is twisted and fixed. Therefore, in order for the wear-resistant piece 5 to be received by the holding part 6, it is necessary to provide the above-mentioned holding recesses 5b, 5b1 on at least a pair of opposing sides. opposing 2
Of course, there is no problem in providing the engaging recesses 5b on both side surfaces of the pair. Furthermore, the retaining recesses 5b, 5b1 are
Taking into consideration the strength of the ceramics constituting the wear-resistant piece 5 and the strength of the holding portion 6, it may be provided at an appropriate intermediate portion of the wear-resistant piece 5 in the vertical direction. Stoppers 7 attached to both ends of the holder 4 are removably attached to the body 1 via fasteners 8 made of well-known bolts and nuts, as shown in FIG. 4, for example. Then stopper 7 at one end
After attaching the chisel, attach the wear-resistant piece 5 from the open part of the other end.
are sequentially inserted into the holding part 6 and mounted in a row.
After the wear-resistant small piece 5 is attached, a stopper 7 is also attached to the open end, and the wear-resistant small piece 5
The structure is such that it prevents the user from leaving. (Function) As described above, in the pulley 10 of the present invention, the wear-resistant piece 5 can be replaced simply by removing the stopper 7, so it can be easily done without removing the pulley 10 from the belt conveyor equipment. The stopper 7 may be fixed at one end by welding or the like, and only the stopper 7 at the other end may be removable. However, if both ends are configured to be removable, the wear-resistant piece 5 can be replaced from either direction, which improves work efficiency. Further, the intervals at which the holders 4 are attached to the circumferential surface 1a of the body 1 may be set in advance depending on the cross-sectional shape, size, etc. of the holders 4 and the wear-resistant pieces 5. According to the experience of the present inventors, if the distance t between adjacent wear-resistant pieces 5 shown in FIG. It was confirmed that this method can be used without any problems because it can effectively disperse the water. (Example) The pulley 10 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 was used as a pulley at the snap part of a belt conveyor having the equipment specifications shown in the table, and its lifespan was investigated.

[Table] Use the wear-resistant small pieces with the shape and size shown in Figure 6 (numbers in the drawing are mm), and the interval t is
25mm, and as a result, with a conventional ceramic lined pulley (using a rubber plate baked onto a 10mm x 10mm ceramic sheet with a thickness of 1.5mm), the lining would peel off after about 6 months and would require repair. On the other hand, the pulley of this invention has not had any problems such as peeling or falling off even after 10 months of use, and the amount of wear is extremely small, at most 0.1 mm.
It has been confirmed that the durability is at least 8 to 10 times greater than that of conventional pulleys. (Effects of the invention) By implementing the invention, the service life of the pulley can be significantly extended, and its maintainability can be made extremely excellent.
