When granular or larger raw materials are gradually conveyed, a belt conveyor 10 as shown in FIG. 4 is used. The belt conveyor 10
are the front driving pulley 11 and the rear driven pulley 12.
A rubber belt 1 is attached to a tension pulley 15 provided via bending pulleys 13 and 14.
6 as shown in the figure, and by rotating the drive pulley 11 forward, the raw material 18 introduced from the hopper 17 was gradually conveyed to the lower process.

があつた。 Therefore, as described in JP-A No. 62-82519, a wear-resistant ceramic is attached to a chip mounting plate, and the chip mounting plate and the mounting base are connected by a cylindrical rubber-like elastic body. Although it is possible to provide sufficient cushioning properties to prevent wear-resistant ceramic from cracking even when subjected to impact,
Since the rubber-like elastic body is connected to the upper chip mounting plate and the lower mounting base by baking rubber and metal, there is a problem in that the strength is weak.

The belt cleaner according to the present invention, which meets the above objectives, has a tip made of wear-resistant ceramic whose tip slides on the conveyor belt to remove deposits, and a holding member that supports the tip, which is made of a thin metal plate with elasticity. The lower part of the chip, the metal plate, and the holding member are covered with a rubber material.

There is. Therefore, since the tip is connected to the holding member through the thin metal plate, the tip will not come off from the holding member, and even if deposits from the belt hit the tip, the elasticity of the rubber and thin metal plate will prevent the tip from coming off the holding member. The force will absorb the impact and prevent the chip from cracking.

4 will be explained in more detail. When the belt cleaner 24 is attached to a predetermined position on the belt conveyor and the belt rotates, the deposits are removed from the chips 25.
collide with In this case, if the adhesion force of the adhesion to the belt is weak, it will peel off and fall downward, but if the adhesion force is strong, it will give an impact to the chip 25, but the chip 25 will be divided into appropriate sizes. The overall weight is light, and the metal rectangular pipe 26 is made of thin metal plate 27 and urethane rubber 28.
Since the chip 25 is only attached to the tip, the attachment position is lowered to the rear, which cushions the impact and prevents damage to the chip 25 itself.
