タＢと、 イグニツシヨンスイツチがオフで、前記第２の
入力端子＋Ｂが接地電位の期間だけ該第２のレギ
ユレータＢを停止させるスタンバイ時遮断回路Ｃ
とを備えてなることを特徴とする車載用電源ＩＣ
