Upon contact, dew adheres to the lower surface of the hatch cover, and when the hatch cover is extended again, the dew on the lower surface of the hatch falls downward into the hold, passes through the hold curtain, and adheres to the steel material of the cargo. Because the dew that adhered to the ship caused rust on the steel materials, reducing quality, it was necessary to install a ventilation system in the hold to prevent condensation.

However, dew remained on the underside of the hatch cover, and the dew fell onto the steel material of the cargo, causing rust.

The air passes through the mobile ventilator and becomes an air stream, and the air stream is blown out from the vent provided in the hatch coaming on the bow side above the curtain to the upper part of the hold above the hold curtain, and hits the lower surface of the hatch cover. Blow off and remove the dew that has adhered to the surface. The air flow moves from the stern side to the bow side in the upper part of the hold above the curtain, is sucked in by a mobile ventilator in the bow side duct from a ventilation hole provided in the bow side hatch coaming, and passes through the duct. The airflow passes through the mobile ventilator on the bow side, is blown out from the vent provided on the bow side of the lower part of the hold below the curtain, and hits the steel material of the cargo, causing damage to the steel material. Blow away the dew that has adhered to it. The airflow moves from the bow side to the stern side in the lower part of the hold below the curtain, is sucked into the duct on the stern side, and repeats the above series of steps, and the airflow moves from the bow side to the stern side. The duct is used to circulate between the upper and lower parts of the hold, which are partitioned by the curtain.
