Conventional technology The most common type of wet electrostatic precipitator is to arrange a discharge electrode that applies high-voltage static electricity to a grounded dust collection discharge electrode, and generate charged spray water from this discharge electrode 2. In order to do this, the discharge electrode is supplied with water from a water supply device, and at the same time, high voltage static electricity generated by a high voltage static electricity generator is applied to this discharge electrode, water is supplied to the discharge electrode, and the discharge electrode is connected to the discharge electrode. An electric field is formed between the dust electrode plates, and the charged spray water from the discharge electrode 2 is attached to the dust collection electrode plate,
A gas containing dust is passed between the discharge electrode and the dust collection electrode plate, and the dust mixed in the gas is charged by the charged spray water that is sprayed from the discharge electrode towards the dust collection electrode plate in the electric field. The purpose is to purify the passing gas by causing the charged spray water and the charged dust to adhere together to the dust collecting electrode plate.

Conventionally, various water supply devices have been devised to generate ideal spray water from the discharge electrode, or a spray water generation device has been provided to generate spray water from the discharge electrode. Something was hot.

Problems that the invention aims to solve The invention uses the same idea as the discharge electrode described above,
Although this method effectively sprays water onto the dust collection electrode, it is intended to cause the discharge electrode to produce an atomization phenomenon that cannot be achieved with the conventional technology described above, thereby providing a discharge electrode with high dust collection efficiency. .

Means for Solving the Problem In a discharge electrode that is arranged in a configuration that can receive high-voltage static electricity from a high-voltage static electricity generator and water from a water supply device, a needle-shaped portion is directed toward the dust collecting electrode plate of an electrostatic precipitator. A discharge electrode consisting of a number of metal rings fitted in a chain shape.

In addition, along with this, the water that is supplied to the chain and flows down the chain surface is scattered as charged spray water from the sharp tip of the needle-like part toward the dust collecting electrode plate, and this water is sprayed onto the dust collecting electrode plate. It is adsorbed.

Embodiment The structure is the same as that of a general electrostatic precipitator, in that a discharge electrode is disposed opposite the grounded dust collecting electrode plate 1 to receive high voltage static electricity from the high voltage static electricity generator 6 and to receive water from the water supply device. However, in the discharge electrode 2 of the present invention, a needle-shaped part 4 is formed on each metal ring 3 constituting a chain, and the upper end thereof is configured to receive water from a water supply device 5. The lower end thereof is suspended facing the dust collecting electrode plate 1 with a weight attached thereto. Therefore, by applying high-voltage static electricity to this, it functions as a discharge electrode and generates an electric field between it and the dust collecting electrode plate. Therefore, the strongest discharge phenomenon occurs from this needle-shaped portion 4.

The water supplied from the water supply device 5 flows down to cover the surface of each metal ring 3 constituting the chain, and in the process of flowing down, it hits the needle-like part 4 provided on each metal ring. The reaching water is affected by the strong discharge phenomenon that occurs there, and becomes charged spray water that scatters toward the dust collection electrode plate 1 and adheres to it.This chain arranges the needle-shaped parts in a radial manner. Sometimes multiple pieces are hung in parallel.

Effect When the gas is passed under the above conditions, the dust contained in the gas is affected by the strong discharge phenomenon generated from the needle-shaped parts of the metal rings that make up the chain, and the dust that is contained in the gas is affected by the strong discharge phenomenon that occurs from the needle-shaped parts of the metal rings that make up the chain, and the dust that is contained in the gas is affected by the electrically charged spray that is generated there. Dust collector plate 1 along with water
The passing gas is purified.
