イを比較的に耐食性の低い材料にて構成し、前記
受圧膜を耐食性の高い材料にて構成し、ボデイの
1部にはあらかじめ少量の耐食性部材を電子ビー
ム溶接などで、接合しておき、受圧膜をこのボデ
イに被覆する構成とし、両者をボデイの少量の耐
食性部材部にて、他の部材(ロウ材、接着剤)を
使用せず、電子ビーム溶接などで耐食性材料同志
を接合させ、耐食材料を本来の性質を損うことな
く存在せしめ、かつ外周部にて受圧膜とボデイを
電子ビーム溶接などで異種金属接合させたことを
