ム溶接などで、接合しておき、受圧膜をこのボデ
イに被覆する構成とし、両者をボデイの少量の耐
食性部材部にて、他の部材（ロウ材、接着剤）を
使用せず、電子ビーム溶接などで耐食性材料同志
を接合させ、耐食材料を本来の性質を損うことな
く存在せしめ、かつ外周部にて受圧膜とボデイを
電子ビーム溶接などで異種金属接合させたことを
