ヤフラムが付設されたカバープレートをパイプ体
の一端を閉塞するように溶接接合するとともにこ
のパイプ体の他端が溶接接合されるベースプレー
トによつて閉塞されてなる突出し型の接液ユニツ
トと、この接液ユニツトのベースプレートに対し
ねじ止め固定されこの接液ユニツトを保持した状
態で被測定部側に連結固定される取付用フランジ
とを備え、前記ベースプレートにおける取付用フ
ランジねじ止め用のねじ孔の一つを、前記パイプ
体内に連通し接液ユニツト溶接接合部のリークチ
エツク用として機能するように貫通させて形成し
たことを特徴とする差圧・圧力発信器。 (2) 接液ユニツトは、少なくとも被測定流体に
接液する部分が耐蝕性を有する材料で形成されて
