つ導圧管の外端部に検知センサーが設けられたセ
ンサー部と、ハウジングとセンサー部とを仕切る
べく導圧管に被冠せしめられて圧力感知室を形成
するキヤツプ体とからなり、液体流路の圧力変化
に伴う圧力感知室の押圧力をセンサー部で検知す
ることによつて圧力検知を行なうように構成する
と共に、前記キヤツプ体の基端部は、ハウジング
とセンサー部との間のシール材になつている液体
