There are cases in which textile products are dyed with thren dyes and cases in which they are dyed with reactive dyes, but in conventional steaming when dyeing with thren dyes,
In particular, many problems occur due to the quality of steam. In other words, if there is a large amount of air contained in the steam existing in the steamer, this air will hinder reduction and fixation, and indirect heating with steam for the purpose of preventing water droplets and keeping warm inside the steamer will affect the temperature distribution. There was a problem due to non-uniformity that adversely affected the reduction. In addition, when dyeing using reactive dyes, it is desirable to raise the temperature inside the steamer can as high as possible, so it is necessary to minimize the amount of moisture inside the steamer can so that the temperature distribution inside the steamer can is evenly distributed. It is desirable that this happens.

Therefore, dyeing steamers that use thren dyes are required to have high humidity and low temperatures, and dyeing steamers that use reactive dyes are required to have high temperatures and low humidity. Conventionally, steamers using threne dyes, which maintain high humidity and low temperature, and steamers using reactive dyes, which maintain high temperature and low humidity, were used separately.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a steamer for dyeing a long fabric to be dyed, and a fabric guide roll 3 for moving the fabric 2 in an up-and-down meandering manner is disposed within the steamer 1. Further, a steam injection pipe 4 for blowing out steam into the steamer is arranged at the inner bottom of the steamer 1, and this steam injection pipe 4 sprays a substantially uniform amount of steam over the entire interior surface of the steamer 1. In order to spray the steam, that is, to spray the steam uniformly over the entire width of the fabric 2 moving inside the steamer 1, as shown in FIG. , it has a large number of branch pipes 4b extending perpendicularly to the main pipe 4a and spaced apart in the axial direction of the main pipe 4a, and furthermore, the branch pipes 4b are formed to be thinner than the thickness of the main pipe 4a. Thus, the pressure of steam jetted from each nozzle 4c formed in each branch pipe 4b is set to be uniform. 4d
is a steam supply pipe for sending steam into the main pipe 4a, and this steam supply pipe 4d is also
A plurality of pipes are provided so that the steam pressure within the main pipe 4a becomes uniform. A hot water tank 5 is formed at the inner bottom of the steamer 1, and the hot water contained in the hot water tank 5 is returned to a hot water storage tank 6 provided outside the steamer 1, or The hot water in the hot water storage tank 6 can be introduced into the steamer 1 at any time by means of a pump (not shown).

The above is the configuration of this embodiment. Next, we will discuss its function. For example, when dyeing a fabric with a thren dye, the fabric 2 impregnated with a thren dye is introduced into the steamer 1 and subjected to steam heat treatment. However, when dyeing with this thren dye, it is required to increase the humidity in the steamer 1, so hot water in the storage tank 6 is fed into the hot water tank 5 in the steamer, and the steam injection pipe is 4. Inject steam. Therefore, the steam injected from the steam injection pipe 4 acts on the hot water in the hot water tank 5, creating a humid atmosphere in the steamer 1, so that effective thren dye dyeing can be expected.

Next, when dyeing with reactive dyes, the hot water in the hot water tank 5 in the steamer 1 is transferred to the storage tank 6, the hot water in the hot water tank 5 is removed, and the steam or Dyeing with reactive dyes is effectively achieved by relatively lowering the humidity within the steamer and increasing the temperature within the steamer using only hot air.

As described above, by using the coloring treatment device of the present invention, the steamer 1 can be used both as a dyeing device for threne dyes and as a dyeing device for reactive dyes, so an economically efficient coloring treatment can be expected. There is an effect that can be done. Furthermore, in this coloring treatment device, the steam or hot air injection pipe 4 is composed of a large-diameter main pipe 4a and a small-diameter branch pipe 4b, which are arranged at the inner bottom of the steamer. Since the hot gas atmosphere within the steamer can be uniformized by spraying it substantially uniformly in a plane, the dyeing of the fabric being transported through the steamer can be done uniformly and well.
