Conventional technology When doffing is performed using a conventional ring spinning machine,
The thread tail connected to the doffed bobbin is cut by the thread tail cutting tooth, for example, and the end is wrapped several times around the lower part of the thread tail cutting tooth and is held there, so that it can be cut by the rotation of the traveler. Automatic winding is performed on the next empty bobbin. If you do this, each time you doff, the wrapped thread ends will accumulate, and if you do not remove the accumulated thread ends (residual thread) every few times, the automatic doffing operation will continue. This was not done and was an impediment to automation.

このため従来から種々工夫が試みられていた。

For this reason, various attempts have been made in the past.
For example, in Utility Model Application No. 55-151756 (Fig. 6),
On the inside of the bobbin, a cloth with a long pile suitable for capturing yarn or a protrusion that has a similar effect as this cloth is added to catch the yarn left unwound on the spindle during doffing.
The bobbin with the cloth or protrusions on the inside was removed by pulling it out.

If you simply doff using a bobbin with cloth or protrusions added to the inside, the end of the thread from the previous doffing may not always be moored at the desired position on the spindle, and may be near the base of the spindle. It cannot be said that the cloth or protrusions inside the bobbin will reliably remove the remaining yarn during doffing.

In the case of this device, if a cloth or the like is attached to the bobbin itself, the next step such as the steam setting operation may be repeated several times, which is undesirable from the viewpoint of durability. Also, for that purpose, for example,
44-7867 (Fig. 7) and Jitsukō 39-22923,
A cylindrical body made of a soft material such as rubber or synthetic resin is fitted into the spindle in a space created near the spindle base depending on the fitted state of the bobbin, and a notch is provided in the upper part of the cylindrical body to guide the thread end, Accumulated yarn ends are sometimes removed by cutting them with a knife or the like at an appropriate time, but with this conventional technology, the yarn ends are always removed by the operator after being used several times. It is not suitable for automation.

Furthermore, in the case of U.S. Patent No. 3,518,823 (Fig. 8), the spindle base and the inside of the bobbin are processed to capture the thread, and the end of the thread cut by the cutter after doffing is held and moored. There is no guarantee that the thread end will be captured the next time the thread is doffed, and it can be said that the method is limited to preventing the thread end from slipping through.

As described above, in the prior art, it was necessary to attach or attach a member for anchoring the yarn end to the spindle and the inside of the bobbin and the part into which the bobbin fits.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the prior art as described above, it is sufficient that the thread connected to the end of the thread after doffing is successfully moored to the thread end mooring portion of the spindle, but there is no guarantee that the thread will be captured reliably. , pasting cloth, etc. to the inside of the bobbin is not desirable in terms of bobbin management, as the cloth may wear out or fall off, both during bobbin processing and in the subsequent work process. Processing the spindle, especially pasting fluffy cloth on the thin upper part of the spindle, is also not a good idea from the standpoint of reliability.

Therefore, the mooring at the part where the bobbin fits is sometimes stopped, and a knurling is carved in the lower part of the yarn tail cutting tooth near the bobbin base, so that the cut yarn tail end is caught there. However, in this case, the end of the thread cannot be caught unless it is wound several times, and if the end of the thread has been doffed several times, the accumulated end of the thread must be cut off with another knife, or the end of the thread may be caught with just one winding. In this case, a separate holding plate was required.

Means for Solving the Problems Therefore, in the present invention, processing for catching the yarn end is eliminated on the bobbin and on the spindle portion into which the bobbin is fitted, so that the yarn end is not processed in the fluttering direction during spinning rotation. , and a protrusion that captures the thread in the direction in which it is caught during reverse rotation is provided between the thread tail cutting tooth provided at the spindle base and the spindle warb.

Function As described above, the present invention is provided with a projection for catching the yarn between the yarn end cutting tooth and the spindle warb, but when doffing is performed, the ring rail is lowered for a while. The thread tail that connects to the doffing bobbin via the ring and traveler passes halfway down and passes through the thread tail cutting tooth at the base of the spindle, and further reaches the circumferential surface of the lower thread tail catching protrusion. At this time, the spindle also rotates, so the dragged thread tail wraps around the thread tail catching protrusion. The amount of yarn wound around the protrusion can be reduced to around one turn since the protrusion can more easily catch the end of the yarn than in a conventional knurled spindle.

After the spinning frame has stopped in this way, when the doffing bobbin is pulled out, the end of the thread that had reached the protrusion is pulled in the direction in which the doffing bobbin is pulled up, and this direction becomes the direction in which the doffing bobbin is caught. Once caught, the end of the thread is caught by a strong engagement force.
On the other hand, since the doffing bobbin side is further pulled up, it is cut at the thread tail cutting teeth. The doffing bobbin is then pulled out from the spindle, and the cut end of the thread is caught and captured by the protrusion.

Next, an empty bobbin is inserted into the spindle, and automatic winding begins. However, when winding the bobbin for the first time, the tail end of the thread gets caught on the protrusion and is previously captured, so the operation starts. As the ring rail rises, the thread passes through the ring and the traveler and is wound onto an empty bobbin. The thread connected to the end of the thread and the thread that is first wound up becomes the lower layer, which is torn off during doffing and captured by the protrusion. When the spindle rotates normally, the tail end of the thread will flow in the direction from the protrusion, and since the amount of winding is small, it will be easily released, and the thread end will be scattered from the tip gradually or all at once, and it will be torn off. .

In this way, the yarn ends are scattered from the protrusion in the fluttering direction, so there is no bundle of yarn ends accumulated at the base of the spindle, and the scattered fluff is collected by a fiber duct device such as a blower. It is absorbed by cleaners and keeps clean.

In this way, the yarn tails are scattered and torn off, but the yarn tails that are not scattered and torn off by being swung around by the spinning rotation, remain fluttered by the spinning rotation, and are cut by the teeth of the yarn tail cutting teeth. The thread is caught and bent, and wrapped around the smooth circumferential surface just below the thread cutting tooth. However, even if the end of the thread wraps around the smooth circumferential surface, there is little frictional resistance in that area, so when the bobbin is pulled out of the spindle the next time it is doffed, the end of the thread will definitely be pulled and removed along with the spindle. Ru.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. 1 is a spindle rail, 2 is a spindle attached to the spindle rail 1, a bobbin 3 is fitted into the base of the spindle 2, and rotation is transmitted by a tape 5 hung on a spindle warb 4.
Further, numeral 6 is a doffing bobbin in which the spun yarn is wound around the bobbin 3 and the bobbin becomes full, and the top of the doffing bobbin is gripped by a gripping tool 7 for doffing.

On the other hand, the spindle base 2 has a thread tail cutting tooth part 9 that cuts the thread tail 8 during doffing, and furthermore, at the bottom thereof, the thread is cut in a fluttering direction during spinning rotation, and in a catching direction during spinning rotation. A capturing projection 10 is provided. The protrusions 10 may be produced, for example, by a brush with directional bristles, or the protrusions 10 made of synthetic resin may be produced on the fabric and adhered to the spindle base 2. Furthermore, the spindle base 2 itself may be engraved with directionality. In short, it is sufficient that the protrusions 10 are formed in the fluttering direction when the spindle base 2 rotates normally.

Now, as shown in Figure 1, bobbin 3 is full.
When doffing the doffing bobbin 6, the rappet and snell wire 14 are first reversed and the ring rail 11 is lowered. That is, due to the descending action of the ring rail 11, the thread 15 passes the circumferential surface of the thread tail cutting tooth portion 9 below the bobbin 3, and further descends to the upper part of the spindle weave 4 below. At this position, the thread end 8 forms a loop around the protrusion 10 on the spindle base 2 and is hooked thereon.

At this time, the thread tail 8 is hooked and captured by the protrusion 10. Now for doffing, grab the top of the doffing bobbin 6 with the gripper 7 and pull it upwards to release the protrusion 1.
The thread tail 8 caught in the zero is captured at that position, while the thread connected to the doffing bobbin 6 is guided to the tooth bottom 9a while sliding around the thread tail cutting tooth 9 in an attempt to obtain the shortest distance. Due to the upward pulling action, the thread tail 8 is cut near the thread tail cutting teeth 9 (FIG. 3). After this, the gripping tool 7 moves upward and is removed from the spindle 2 to complete doffing.

Next, a replacement empty bobbin 3 is carried in using the gripper 7 and inserted into the spindle 2 from above. After the doffing bobbin 6 is replaced with the empty bobbin 3 in this way, the automatic winding operation is started.

That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the tail end 8 that was cut during the previous doffing is captured by the protrusion 10. When performing automatic winding now, the thread tail 8 is captured by the protrusion 10 as described above, so
The ring rail 11 can be raised to wind the thread onto the empty bobbin 3, and bunch winding can be performed.
At this time, the protrusion 10 is still acting on the yarn tail 8, and bunch winding is started without being unraveled.

As shown in the figure, the thread end 8 is held in bunch winding.
The end of the yarn (the end of the yarn that was cut during the previous doffing) is captured by the protrusion 10, but when the spinning rotates normally, the end of the yarn is caught by the protrusion 10 as shown by the imaginary line.
The thread tail 8 becomes the protrusion 10.
At the same time, it is released from the spindle base 2 due to the centrifugal force caused by the rotation. In this case, the tip may be gradually broken off and scattered by rotation, or it may be broken off all at once. Therefore, it is necessary to clean it using a fiber duct device or the like so as not to adversely affect other yarns.

If the thread tail 8 below the bunch winding is completely released in this way, it is convenient because there will be no thread waste remaining during the next doffing process, but even if thread waste remains, the thread tail cutting teeth 9 and the protrusions 10 A smooth circumferential surface 16 between
If this is provided, the remaining portion will be attached here, spinning will be performed, and the yarn will be full and can be removed together with the doffing bobbin 6 without resistance during the next doffing.

Even if a small amount of thread tail 8 remains on the protrusion 10, the next time you doff the doffing bobbin 6, you will have to raise it in the direction to pull out the doffing bobbin 6. By pulling the thread, the remaining yarn is surely removed every time the doffing is done.

Moreover, the protrusion 10 near this spindle base 2
When the length of the yarn tail 8 wound nearby is less than one turn, the yarns do not overlap or become entangled with each other, and the remaining yarn can be removed more reliably.

In addition, when providing the protrusion 10 with a directionality that flutters in the direction of spinning rotation and is caught in the direction of rotation in the opposite direction, the protrusion 10 is generated on the fabric of synthetic resin material and attached to the spindle base 2. The brushes are pasted or planted in a directional manner, preferably with even piles, on the fabric, and this is pasted to the spindle base 2 to form a structure.

Also on the smooth circumferential surface 16, there is a protrusion 10 for capturing the thread tail 8.
There is a possibility that the thread is wound several times between the thread end cutting tooth section 9 and the thread tail cutting tooth section 9. This is because the cut point of the previously cut thread tail 8 held down by bunch winding is not necessarily at the lower part of the thread tail cutting tooth 9, and depending on the thread conditions, it may be cut at the upper part. Therefore, in such a case, after the yarn is automatically wound around a new empty bobbin 3, one or more turns of the yarn tail 8 overlap the smooth circumferential surface 16 directly below the yarn tail cutting tooth 9. If the diameter of the smooth circumferential surface 16 is small, this overlap will increase, and although it is usually rare, in the worst case, the yarn end 8 will not be cut during the next doffing, and yarn waste will remain there. Therefore, in this embodiment, the outer circumferential diameter of this smooth circumferential surface 16 is made the same as the height of the thread catching protrusion 10. In this way, unlike when the diameter is small and has a groove shape, there is no possibility that the thread end 8 will collect at the small diameter, and the remaining thread on the spindle can be reliably removed, and the automatic doffing Work can be done continuously.

In the explanation so far, the protrusions 10 for capturing the thread ends 8 have been described as brush-like materials planted on the fabric or directional protrusions with uniform piles made of synthetic resin. A metal wire is thermally sprayed on the spindle base 2 itself between the tail cutting teeth 9 and the spindle warb 4 in the direction of spinning rotation, and the protrusions 10 made of this metal wire are used to release yarn during spinning rotation and reverse rotation. In this case, the direction in which the thread is captured can also be set. Furthermore, in order to simply provide directionality for capturing the thread end 8, thread hooking protrusions with extremely fine directionality may be carved on the spindle base 2 itself.

Effects of the Invention Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, each time the doffing is done, the end of the thread is cut off at the same time as the doffing bobbin is replaced, and the end of the thread is caught and captured by the protrusion, so that the empty bobbin can be replaced. Bunch winding can be carried out, and by the subsequent normal spinning rotation, the cut yarn ends are released from the protrusion in a fluttering direction, and the yarn ends are torn off from the tip and scattered, so the next time doffing is done. There is no thread remaining at the base of the spindle.
Automatic doffing work can be performed continuously.

Furthermore, since the protrusions provided on the spindle base are undulating during spinning rotation, air resistance is relatively low, allowing smooth spinning operations.
