BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION It is well known that in a spinning machine, when a bobbin on a spindle becomes full, a tube change is performed in which the full bobbin is removed from the spindle and an empty bobbin is inserted into the spindle. Previously, all of the above-mentioned pipe replacements were performed manually by workers, but
In recent years, automatic pipe replacement has been practiced for the purpose of saving labor. Automatic tube changing is carried out in two ways: a so-called simultaneous lifting method in which a tube changing device is attached to the spinning machine body and all spindles are changed at once, and the other is a doffing system in which a doffing machine runs intermittently along the front of the spinning machine to change the tubes every predetermined number of spindles. There are two main types of pipe replacement methods: manual or automatic pipe replacement, but regardless of whether the method is manual or automatic, the disposal of the tail thread after it has been cut is an important issue. In other words, in tube replacement, after gripping a full bobbin and pulling it out from the spindle, the tail thread connected between the full bobbin and the spindle is cut by an appropriate method, and the cut tail thread is attached to a predetermined position on the surface of the spindle. Hold it at the position (of course there is a certain tolerance range),
When inserting an empty bobbin, unless the empty bobbin and spindle pinch the end thread, the next winding will be impossible. In order to ensure this, when the bobbin becomes full, the bobbin is wrapped around the body and the end, and by pulling out the full bobbin from the spindle, the winding is unwound on the spindle and attached to the spindle as a loop winding. After that, the tail string is cut to hold it in a predetermined position.

However, since the above method only utilizes a slight frictional resistance between the loop winding and the spindle, the tension applied to the Shirii yarn or other causes may cause the loop to come off when cutting the Shirii yarn. There are no practical problems. To solve this problem, some automatic doffing machines use a method in which the loop-wound tail yarn is once gripped by a gripping device installed in the doffing machine and then cut. This method requires a special gripping device, which not only complicates the structure but also increases manufacturing costs.Furthermore, this method is difficult to adjust the timing of inserting an empty bobbin and releasing the gripped tail thread, and is still unsatisfactory. It's not something you get.

As mentioned above, countermeasures have been taken for group lifting, although they are incomplete, but in the case of simultaneous lifting, it is necessary to pull out all the bobbins at the same time, and due to the structural characteristics, the above-mentioned tail threads are required. At present, it is virtually impossible to attach a gripping device, and no countermeasures have been taken.

As detailed above, the loop wound around the spindle must be securely held on the spindle until the tube change is completed, but in addition to this, it is also important to keep the loop wound around the spindle in place when processing the tail yarn. This is the removal of the loop winding. For example, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-39375, it is well known that leaving the tail string wrapped around the spindle as it is will cause various operational problems, so the wrapped tail string must be removed after pipe replacement is completed. The tail thread can be removed by winding the tail thread in a loop over almost the entire length of the spindle as in the present application, or by winding it around the tail thread at the bottom of the spindle as in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-39375. This is essential regardless of the differences in the tube replacement method or the location where the tail thread is wound. Therefore, when a loop winding is held on a spindle, it is necessary that the tail thread can be held reliably and that the tail thread can be easily removed, but a spindle that satisfies both requirements has not yet been obtained.

Means for Solving the Problems In view of the above, the present application proposes a raised fabric such as Magizkufuasner (trade name), which actively hooks and holds the loop wound on the spindle surface only near the longitudinal center of the spindle surface. Consisting of A ring-shaped hook with a thin cloth is attached to actively hook and hold the loop wound around the spindle to prevent the loop from coming off, and to minimize the resistance when removing the loop. This provides a spindle that can be applied to any type of tube change, regardless of the type of tube change.

As mentioned above, tube changing is roughly divided into manual and automatic types, and automatic tube changing is further divided into simultaneous lifting type and group lifting type, but whichever method is adopted, the key is that the spindle Then, remove the full bobbin, loop wind it around the spindle, cut the tail thread that connects between the spindle and the full bobbin, insert an empty bobbin into the spindle from which the full bobbin was removed, and then wind the full bobbin. Replace the empty bobbin,
Also, remove the tail thread that is wound around the spindle.

As mentioned above, the group hoisting system used in automatic pipe switching machines has measures against loop disconnection, although it is incomplete, and no countermeasures have been taken for simultaneous pipe hoisting and manual pipe switching. . In manual tube change, all operations are performed by hand, so there is some room to prevent loops from coming out due to carelessness during the work, but in the case of simultaneous pipe change, everything is done in a certain order. Therefore, it is performed mechanically and has the worst conditions for tail thread processing, and if the tail thread processing can be reliably performed under these conditions, all other methods will be satisfied. In explaining this, we will discuss the case where the present application is applied to simultaneous pipe switching without any measures against loop disconnection, and the type of simultaneous pipe switching device is based on Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-81337, which the present applicant previously filed. This section explains the format similar to that listed in the issue.

In the drawing, reference numeral 3 denotes a spinning machine, and the following simultaneous tube change device 4 is attached to the spinning machine 3. Reference numeral 5 denotes a dotting bar, to which a large number of bobbin gripping tools 6 are attached corresponding to the spindle 1 of the spinning machine 3, and a predetermined vertical movement is given by a vertical movement device 7, and the vertical movement device 7 is connected to a longitudinal movement device 8. The spinning machine 3 is connected to the spinning machine 3 and moves back and forth toward or away from the spinning machine 3. Therefore, the dotting bar 5 moves up and down and back and forth in a predetermined trajectory in a predetermined order, and the bobbin gripping tool 6 grips the full bobbin 9 and the empty bobbin 25, and all the spindles are simultaneously replaced with the full and empty bobbins. In other words, pipe replacement is performed. In the above, the vertical movement device 7
The drive mechanism for driving the longitudinal movement device 8 is not limited to that shown in the drawings, and may be appropriately selected.

The tail thread cutting device 10 is installed on a guide rail 13 provided along the front surface of the spinning machine 3 so as to be movable by wheels 10a, and is configured to run left and right on the guide rail 13 by a drive device 14. There is.
The drive device 14 has a motor 15 for forward and reverse rotation attached to either the left or right end of the spinning machine 3, and a pulley 16 attached to the other end.
A belt 17 is wound between pulleys 15a which are connected to each other, and the tail thread cutting device 10 is connected to the belt 17 by an appropriate method and runs as described above by the forward and reverse rotation of the motor 15. The tail thread cutting device 10 has a built-in cutter 18 consisting of a rotary blade, and as the tail thread cutting device 10 runs, the cutter 18 rotates and separates the spindle 1 and full bobbin as will be described in detail later. Cut the tail string 12 that continues in between. Needless to say, the above-mentioned tube changing device 4 and tail string cutting device 10 are not the gist of the present application, and the tube changing device 4 is capable of replacing empty tubes all at once, regardless of whether they are in a group, or by cutting the empty tubes with the tail string. It is sufficient for the cutting device 10 to be capable of cutting the tail thread 12 continuous between the full bobbin 9 and the spindle 1, and any mechanism may be adopted within the scope of this purpose.

Finally, the spindle 1, which is the gist of the present application, is as follows. As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 5, the spindle 1 of the present invention is provided with an extremely shallow fitting groove 1a that surrounds the surface of the spindle 1 in the vicinity of the longitudinally intermediate portion of the surface of the spindle 1. Inside,
It is made by fitting and pasting a narrow ring-shaped hook 2 made of a so-called raised fabric such as a piece of cloth with a lot of fluff that has been electrically flocked or a brush with extremely short bristles. The width of the hook 2 is made smaller than the spindle diameter as is clear from FIGS. The loop winding 26 can be actively hooked and held without causing the loop to come off, and the loop winding 26 can be
It is set so that the pull-out resistance when removing it is as small as possible. Also, the hook 2 is the fitting groove 1
The hairs of the raised fabric are attached so as to be embedded in the surface of the spindle 1, so that the tips of the hairs of the raised fabric are approximately aligned with the surface of the spindle 1 or are slightly protruding from the surface of the spindle 1.

Next, the function of the spindle 1 of the present invention will be explained in relation to the functions of the simultaneous tube change device 4 and the tail thread cutting device 10. During operation of the spinning machine 3, the tail thread cutting device 10 is on standby at a standby position 19 on either the left or right side of the guide rail 13, as shown in FIG. When the bobbin is full, the ring rail 20 is moved up and down between the solid line and the imaginary line shown in FIG. Activate it to replace the tube. While the spinning machine 3 is in operation, the dotting bar 5 is placed under the spindle rail 23 and on standby, as shown in FIG. When the tube changing device 4 is operated, the dotting bar 5 moves backward from the standby position by a predetermined distance, and then sequentially moves upward, forward, and downward, so that the bobbin gripper 6 picks up the full bobbin 9 on the spindle 1. Thereafter, the doffing bar 5 moves in the opposite direction to the above, and the full bobbin 9 extracted from the spindle 1 is inserted into the peg 24 of the tube holding device 11. After the full bobbin is inserted into the peg 24 as described above, the bobbin gripping tool 6 grips the empty bobbin 25 held in advance by the tube holding device 11, and then inserts the dot inbar 5.
moves in the same manner as above to insert the empty bobbin 25 held by the bobbin gripping tool 6 into the spindle 1, and then the dotting bar 5 returns to the standby position shown in Fig. 2 in preparation for the next pipe change. However, simultaneous pipe switching device 4
This is one cycle of pipe exchange operation.

In the above tube changing operation, when the bobbin gripping tool 6 grips the full bobbin 9 and the dotting bar 5 rises to remove the full bobbin 9 from the spindle 1, the tail thread 12 is pulled from the tail wrap 22 applied to the full bobbin 9. Unraveled, this tail thread 12 is wound around the spindle 1 in a spiral manner to form a loop winding 26, as shown in FIG. 3, and the remaining tail thread 12 is connected between the spindle 1 and the full bobbin 9. Since the hook 2 made of raised fabric is attached to the surface of the spindle 1 of the present invention as described in detail above, the tail yarn 12 becomes the loop winding 26 and the spindle 1
When the thread is wound around the hook 2, the thread is hooked around the nap of the hook 2 and is actively hooked and held on the surface of the spindle 1 (the surface of the hook).
The hooking and holding of the loop winding 26 by the hooking tool 2 is done by applying the loop winding 26 to the spindle 1 as in the prior art, and due to the fluff of the wound yarn, the loop winding 26 can barely be held by the spindle 1.
Unlike the passive ones that are attached to the loop winding 26, the fluff is caught and held by the hook 2, and the same effect is obtained as if the loop winding 26 was actively held by some kind of gripping means. .

Next, the tail thread 12 continuous between the spindle 1 and the full bobbin 9 is cut in the following manner. When the full bobbin 9 is pulled out as described above and the drive motor 15 is driven, the tail thread cutting device 10 moves on the guide rail 13 from one standby position 19 to the other standby position 19a, and this rotation The cutter 18 rotates to cut the tail thread 12 connected between the spindle 1 and the full bobbin 9, but the loop winding 26 wound around the spindle 1 is cut.
is held by the hook 2 as described above, so even if the tail thread is cut, the loop does not come off and is held on the surface of the spindle 1 as shown in FIG. 4. The tail thread 12 may be cut at an appropriate position until the fully loaded bobbin 9 is inserted into the peg 24, but as shown in FIG. It is most preferable to do this at a slightly lowered position because no tension is applied to the tail thread 12. However, even if the tail yarn 12 is cut under tension for some reason at the position shown in FIG. Since the winding 26 is hooked and held by the hook 2 near the middle part of the spindle 1 as described above, the loop does not come off, and by inserting the empty bobbin 25, it can be moved from the spindle 1 through the traveler 27. Draft part 28
The spinning yarn 29 connected to the empty bobbin 25 is
It is sandwiched between the spindle 1 and the spindle 1, and is used as a seed thread to enable the next winding. As is clear from the above, the loop winding 26 that has been wound around the spindle 1 and used as a seed yarn remains on the spindle 1, but if this is left as it is, the thread will break when restarted, the empty bobbin 25 will not fit properly, etc. As mentioned above, this poses a problem to the operation and must be eliminated. In the present application, the hook 2 is removed by an appropriate manual or automatic means between the time when the full bobbin 9 is removed and the empty bobbin 25 is inserted. The tail string 12, which is in the shape of a narrow ring made of the provided raised fabric, is hooked and held by the hook 2 and hangs down as shown in FIG.
There is little pulling resistance when removing 6, and it can be removed very easily.

Effects of the Invention As described in detail above, the present application not only actively hooks and holds the loop wound around the spindle to reliably prevent the loop from coming off, but also allows the hook to be attached only near the middle part of the spindle. Since it is in the shape of a narrow ring made of the raised fabric provided, the cut end of the cut tail thread hangs down from the hook, making it easy to remove the tail thread. By being attached to the spindle, the cut end thread is caught near the center of the spindle,
The tip of the tail thread hanging down from the hook does not get entangled with the thread between the ring and the spindle, and the simple structure satisfies all the requirements for tail thread processing.
