該係止孔の下部に作動路を連成し、その作動路の
下端部を円筒形規制端として、これを溝蓋下面か
ら突設し、 溝路に沿つて配設される蓋受部に、前記係止孔
の直下位置で、摺動枠を設け、該摺動枠に、前記
規制端が外嵌する截頭円錐形の連結部を設けた可
動ナツトを収容して、その螺子孔を摺動枠の上面
から露出するとともに、 溝蓋の係止孔の周縁上に掛け止められる操作頭
部と、前記作動路に配置される連係鍔と、下端の
蓋受部の螺子孔に螺合する雄螺子とが設けられて
なる連結軸を、前記作動路内に挿通した ことを特徴とする溝蓋の固定装置。
