Claims (1)
- 一端を固定された円筒状の捩り振動子の他端側
にロータが捩り振動子と同軸に回転自在に設けら
れ、捩り振動子とロータの対向面間に捩り振動子
の軸線方向に伸縮する圧電素子が設けられ、この
圧電素子の接触により捩り振動子の捩り振動がロ
ータに間欠的に伝達されてロータを回転する圧電
モータにおいて、上記捩り振動子は軸線方向にお
いて端部が中央部より大径になつていることを特
徴とする圧電モータ。
