Claims (1)
- 一端を固定された捩り振動子の他端側にロータ
が捩り振動子と同軸に回転自在に設けられ、捩り
振動子とロータの対向面間に捩り振動子の軸線方
向に伸縮する圧電アクチユエータが設けられ、圧
電アクチユエータの接触により捩り振動子の捩り
振動がロータに間欠的に伝達されてロータを回転
する圧電モータにおいて、上記圧電アクチユエー
タは捩り振動子またはロータの対向面の一方にそ
の先端を突出させて埋設されていることを特徴と
する圧電モータ。
