で、このバリを取り除く為の複雑作業を要される
ことになる。即ち、このようなチヤツク体は量産
に適さず、又、製作コストも高くなる。

ような微小のバリをも取り除くにはスリ割加工後
に化学研磨剤やエツチング等の後処理を施しても
良い。
