本考案は、ボール受座を有するチヤツク体と、
ボール案内面を有するチヤツク作動体と、ボール
とより構成されるシヤープペンシル用チヤツク装

従来、この種シヤープペンシル用チヤツク装置
にあつては、金属等よりなるチヤツク体に適宜数

の外面中央に皿状のボール受座を各々形成し、こ
のボール受座にボールが位置するように、チヤツ
ク体をチヤツク作動体に挿着するようなしてお
り、このような構成にあるチヤツク装置は、各々
の挾持片から芯に均等な挾持力が付与できる点で
優れたものであることが知られている。然し乍ら
上述せるチヤツク装置を製作する当り、その中で
も、芯挾持片の外面中央に皿状ボール受座を形成
するにはかなりの加工精度を必要とし、自動旋盤
をもつてしてもその加工が困難で、その為生産性

面円弧状の凹溝５が設けられている。６は、チヤ
ツク作動体１のボール案内面２と、チヤツク体３
の凹溝５との間に配置された金属等よりなるボー
ル（図中は８個）であつて、７はチヤツク作動体
１とチヤツク体３との間に張設されたスプリング

以上の如く、本考案はチヤツク体の芯挾持部外
面全周にボール受座たる凹溝を形成し、この凹溝
とボール案内面との間全周に複数のボールを配置
するようなしたので、ボール受座を形成するに当
り加工が容易となり、チヤツク装置の生産性が向
上できるものである。更に本考案よりなるチヤツ
ク装置においては、万一チヤツク装置に落下等に
より衝撃がかかつた場合においても、芯挾持部外
面全周にボールを複数個配置してなるので、チヤ
ツク体が横振れし芯が折れるといつた問題も極力
