(問題点を解決するための手段) 本考案は、かかる従来の問題点を解消すべくな

干出枠を提供することにあり、すなわち、本考案
はFRPによる水平本管の両端にエルボを取付け
た水平枠部材と、FRPによる垂直本管の中途に
フロートを取付けるとともに、該垂直本管の下端
にロープ掛止具を取付けた垂直枠部材とを備え、
上記エルボのコーナ部には吊り綱固定用穴と枠ロ
ープ挿入溝とを形成させ、水平本管の両端に取付
けたエルボに前記垂直枠部材を着脱自在に取付け
るように構成することとした。
