本発明は複数の直角曲げを伴うプレス装置に係
り、特に曲げ作業位置を改善したプレス装置に関

ているポンチ4からなつている上型、およびダイ
ホルダ7に取付られているダイ5、ポンチ8を横
方向より動かすシリンダ9、ワークをダイ5より
ノツクアウトするノツクアウトプレート6、およ
びダイクツシヨンピン10からなつている下型、
これら上下型を各々プレス機械にネジ等で固定す
る。このようなプレス装置において、第2図に示
すようにワーク2をダイ5上に置きプレス加工す
ると第3図のごときU字状になる。次に、ポンチ
4を上昇させると、同時にノツクアウトプレート
6も上昇し、この位置にて紙面垂直方向よりスペ
ーサ11をワーク2内に差し込んで該ワーク2を
ノツクアウトプレート6上に保持し、次にシリン
ダ9を作動させてポンチ8を矢印方向に動かせば
ワーク2の端部が直角に折曲げられて第1図の様
な形状ができる。しかしワーク2はノツクアウト
プレート6上に乗つた状態でのスペーサ11の差
込みとポンチ8による曲げ加工が行われるため、
ワーク2がずれてしまい正確に加工することがで

ルブ16、ソレノイドバルブ17,18、チエツ
クバルブ19、タンク20、油圧源21より構成
されている。次に動作を説明すると、シリンダ1
3内のシリンダロツド12が矢印方向に力を受け
て動けば、圧油は管14を通り矢印A方向に流
れ、リリーフバルブ15からタンク20に流れ
る。同時に、シリンダロツド12が矢印方向に動
くと、ソレノイドバルブ17に通電され油圧源2
1より矢印B方向に油が流れてパイロツトチエツ
クバルブ16を開き、その結果シリンダ13内の
圧油は矢印C方向に流れてタンク20内に入る。

を設け、前記スペーサを、前記ダイ内で前記ワー
クを保持する位置に配置すると共に、前記水平ポ
ンチを、前記ダイ内に保持された前記ワークを加
工する位置に配置し、かつ、前記水平ポンチによ
る加工後に前記ノツクアウトプレートを上昇させ
る油圧回路を設けたことを特徴とするプレス装
