ホルダ7に取付られているダイ5、ポンチ8を横
方向より動かすシリンダ9、ワークをダイ5より
ノツクアウトするノツクアウトプレート6、およ
びダイクツシヨンピン10からなつている下型、
これら上下型を各々プレス機械にネジ等で固定す
る。このようなプレス装置において、第2図に示
すようにワーク2をダイ5上に置きプレス加工す
ると第3図のごときU字状になる。次に、ポンチ
4を上昇させると、同時にノツクアウトプレート
6も上昇し、この位置にて紙面垂直方向よりスペ
ーサ11をワーク2内に差し込んで該ワーク2を
ノツクアウトプレート6上に保持し、次にシリン
ダ9を作動させてポンチ8を矢印方向に動かせば
ワーク2の端部が直角に折曲げられて第1図の様
な形状ができる。しかしワーク2はノツクアウト
プレート6上に乗つた状態でのスペーサ11の差
込みとポンチ8による曲げ加工が行われるため、
ワーク2がずれてしまい正確に加工することがで
きないと言う欠点があつた。

て動けば、圧油は管14を通り矢印A方向に流
れ、リリーフバルブ15からタンク20に流れ

ンチを、前記ダイ内に保持された前記ワークを加
工する位置に配置し、かつ、前記水平ポンチによ
る加工後に前記ノツクアウトプレートを上昇させ
る油圧回路を設けたことを特徴とするプレス装
