(Prior Art) The present inventors have previously developed various running bodies that run on a series of suspended insulators on a power transmission line to check for insulator defects and clean the insulators. In order to attach it to the series, multiple workers had to carry the running body to the tip of the tower arm and attach the running body to the suspension insulator series using a simple derrick or the like. However, on UHV-class power transmission lines running between 800,000 and 1.5 million volts, it is dangerous due to problems such as electrostatic induction, making it difficult for workers to get close to the tip of the tower arm, making it impossible to use these moving objects. It was hot.

(Embodiment) Next, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiment. 1 is a running rail attached from the base to the tip on the lower surface of the tower arm 2 of a transmission line tower; 3
is a self-propelled truck installed on the traveling rail 1. A running wheel 5 and an auxiliary wheel 6 driven by a running motor 4 are provided at the upper end of the bogie 3, and the bogie 3 automatically runs from the base of the tower arm 2. It is possible to return to the base of the tower arm 2 again by the action of the sequence control circuit built into the tower arm 2. An L-shaped running body support part consisting of a back plate part 8 and a horizontal plate part 9 is provided at the bottom of the truck 3, and the running body 50 is placed on the horizontal plate part 9 as shown in FIG. In addition, the center portion thereof is held and supported by a traveling body gripping tool 10. The illustrated traveling body 50 contacts the outer surface of the suspension insulator chain 40 with a slide sled 51, a semicircular engagement member 52 that connects each sled 51, and the outer surface of the suspension insulator chain 40 to detect an abnormality. Although the running body 50 is equipped with a sensor 53 for inspecting defective insulators, it is also possible to mount an arbitrary running body 50 such as one for cleaning insulators. The illustrated traveling body 50 has a link 5 on its central back surface for opening and closing a coupling member 52.
4, and when the trolley 3 is running, a link 54 is attached to the traveling body gripping tool 10 attached to the back plate part 8.
The center of the body is being grasped. The traveling body gripping tool 10 is attached to the tip of a telescopic rod 12 that is extended and retracted by a motor 11. When the telescopic rod 12 is extended as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. The suspended insulator chain 40 is pushed outward and expands outward from the inside of the suspended insulator chain 40.
The structure is such that it can be attached to the An insulating chain 55 made of an insulating material such as synthetic resin is connected to the upper end of the traveling body 50, and this insulating chain 55 can be wound up and down by a winding drum 13 provided on the trolley 3. ing. Note that 14 is a motor for driving the winding drum 13, 15 is a tension meter for detecting a change in tension acting on the insulating chain 55 when the running body 50 reaches the lower end of the suspension insulator chain 40, and 16 is a running tension meter. This is a proximity sensor that is attached to the body gripping tool 10 and detects when the traveling object 50 leaves the traveling object gripping tool 10 and approaches the traveling object gripping tool 10.

(Function) In this structure, the traveling body 50 is set at the base of the tower arm 2 in an open state on the horizontal plate portion 9 of the truck 3, and the link 54 is further held by the traveling body gripping tool 10. Grip the center,
In this state, if you press the start button of the bogie 3 to start the bogie 3, the self-propelled bogie 3 drives the traveling motor 4 by the installed battery and runs on the traveling rail 1 to the tip of the tower arm 2. and stop. Next, when the motor 11 is operated and the telescopic rod 12 is extended, the traveling object gripping tool 10 moves forward and pushes the traveling object 50 forward from the horizontal plate part 9.
The traveling body 50 in the open state contacts the suspension insulator chain 40 and is further pushed to be attached to the suspension insulator chain 40 as shown by phantom lines in FIG. Next, when the traveling body gripping tool 10 opens and releases the traveling body 50, the traveling body 50
is suspended from the winding drum 13 of the trolley 3 by the insulating chain 55, and the winding drum 1
3 is gradually rotated and the insulating chain 55 is let out, the running body 50 descends along the suspended insulator chain 40 while inspecting the insulator for defects, cleaning the insulator, etc. In this way, the traveling body 50 is connected to the suspension insulator chain 40.
When it reaches the lower end, the tension of the insulating chain 55 decreases rapidly, so the winding drum 13 is reversed and the traveling body 50 is pulled up, and the traveling body 50 is held by the traveling body gripping tool 10.
When the proximity sensor 16 confirms that the moving body 50 has been pulled up to the position shown in FIG. When the traveling body 50 is collected by the trolley 3 in this way, the trolley 3 travels on the traveling rail 1 and returns to the base of the tower arm 2.
All operations stop here. All of the above operations are sequentially performed by a fixed sequence control system built into the controller 7 of the truck 3, but various modifications can be made to the control system.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention provides for installing a traveling rail on the lower surface of the tower arm of a power transmission line tower, and mounting a traveling body on a trolley that can self-run on the traveling rail, and The UHV
Even in cases where workers cannot approach the tip of the tower arm due to high voltage, such as on class power transmission lines, the traveling body can be safely attached to the suspension insulator series. Furthermore, in the present invention, the running body is hoisted up or suspended by an insulating chain, so that the insulation between the running body and the tower arm is sufficiently maintained even while the running body moves up and down the suspension insulator chain. There is no danger. Furthermore, in the present invention, the traveling body is moved in the vertical direction by a winding drum, and a traveling body gripping tool is provided on the truck to attach the traveling body to the suspension insulator chain or to move the traveling body onto the truck. Since recovery is performed, mounting and recovery of the running body can be carried out smoothly, and there is no risk of trouble such as the running of the running body being impossible. In this way, the present invention enables various types of running bodies to be automatically attached to and recovered from the suspended insulators at the tip of the tower arm. As it is suitable for UHV-class power transmission lines that cannot be accessed, it will greatly contribute to the development of industry.
