【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案は、所定の真円、楕円等を描く際に使用
される製図用定規の一種であるテンプレートの改
良に係り、特に交点を失つた中心軸線と製図用透
孔との中心位置のズレによる誤差を瞬時に且つ容
易に確認でき、係る誤差が許容範囲内のものか否
かを容易に判定できるようにしたことを特徴とし
ている。

にして製造される製図用テンプレートは、理論的
には、印刷された中心軸線と製図用透孔との中心
が一致していることが要求される。しかしなが
ら、前述の如く、各中心軸線の印刷加工工程と製
図用透孔の穴加工工程とが別々の工程で行なわ
れ、両者のポイント合わせが非常に困難なこと、
および印刷加工工程と穴加工工程の間にプラスチ
ツク製プレート自体の伸縮現象が生じる等の理由
から、現実には中心誤差がある程度生じているの
が実状である。このような中心誤差は当業界にお
いても、ある程度はやむをえないものとして許容
されており、当業界においては係る中心誤差の許
容範囲を0.15mm以内と設定している。

囲内のものか否かを容易に判定できるようにした
製図用テンプレートを提供することを目的として
いる。

中心軸線の印刷加工工程の際に前記プレートの二
ケ所以上の位置に誤差確認用区画線を印刷加工
し、更に前記製図用透孔の穴加工の際に前記各誤
差確認用区画線の中心位置を中心として設定され
且つ前記誤差確認用区画線より小さな面積を有す
る誤差確認用小孔を形成し、前記誤差確認用区画
線と誤差確認用小孔との相対的な中心位置のズレ
を確認することにより交点を失つた前記中心軸線
と製図用透孔との中心位置の誤差を判定するよう
にしたことを特徴とするものである。

は本実施例の場合、第1図に示す如く対向するコ
ーナー近傍にそれぞれ印刷されている。また前記
誤差確認用区画線4は本実施例の場合、真円状の
環状線にて形成されている。次に前記誤差確認用
小孔5は本実施例の場合、前記誤差確認用区画線
4と同様に真円状に穴加工されている。

Cに示す如く、前記誤差確認用区画線4が前記誤
差確認用小孔5によつて切欠かれた場合には、中
心軸線2に対する製図用透孔3の中心位置が許容
誤差を超えたものとして形成されている。
