  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 主羽根車のシユラウドをバランスデイスクとし
    て軸方向推力を調整する極低温ポンプに於て、 バランスデイスクの高圧側オリフイスと低圧側
    オリフイスとの間に形成されたバランス室を、シ
    ユラウドに設けた第１流路によつて主羽根車入口
    部に接続するか、又は、ケーシングに設けた第２
    流路によつて、低圧側オリフイス下流空間及びシ
    ユラウドに設けたバランスホールを介して主羽根
    車入口部に接続することを特徴とする極低温ポン
    プの軸方向推力調整装置。
