料を使うことが好ましい。治具本体1は背柱1

ており側柱1b,1cの先端に係止支2を有す
る。なお側柱1b,1cはスクリーンフレームの
チエースピン用レジスター穴の位置により適宜の
長さとする。係止支2は治具本体と同一の材料か
ら加工してもよいが、鋼板等を本体にリベツト止
等の手段で固定してもよい。3はスクリーンフレ
ームのチエースピン用レジスター穴と係合する係
止突起で係合した際に緩みを生じないように加工
してあり、係止支2に固定してある。4a,4b
はピンバーのピンと係合するピン穴で、係合した

治具について説明してきたが、本考案における治
具は決してこの形に限定されるものではなく、本
考案の目的に基づいて考え得る形状、例えば台形
状、半円形状、矩形状等適宜の形状が採用し得
る。これら治具本体の形状によつては、係止支2
を使用せず側柱1b,1cの先端を加工して直接

機に対して、精密に見当合せされるようになつて
いる。刷版の焼き付けに際してはまず、固定され
たピンバー5に原版6を装着する。この時原版6
にはピンバー用パンチ穴が設けてあることはいう
までもない。次いで、考案の治具をそのピン穴4
a,4bがピンバー5のピンと係合するよう装着
し、後、スクリーンフレーム8をチエースピン用

い多大の効果を発揮し得るものであり、電子部品
製造工程に応用する場合、製造工程全体の歩止り
