Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はフイルム原版を版に焼付ける方法に関
するものであり、正確且つ容易にフイルム原版を
版に重ね合わせて焼き付けることを目的とするも
のである。

一般に、版焼付け工程では、製版されたフイル
ム原版を版に重ね合わせて、露光する。この重ね
合わせに際しては、マスキング用のフイルムを重
ね合わせたり、他の色の版との見当を合わせたり
するために正確な位置に両者を重ね合わせる必要
がある。このため従来は、フイルム原版に印され
た所謂トンボと同じ位置に版上に罫線を印し、両
者を見当合わせして、透明粘着テープで貼付けて
いた。この方法では、版に罫線を示す作業やトン
ボの見当合わせが手作業で細かい作業であつて作
業者に多くの負担を与え、効率の悪いものであつ
た。

上記したのと同様の手間がかかつた。更に、前記
印刷機取付用孔は版の端部に設けられているた
め、フイルム原版としては版と同程度の大きさを
要し、フイルム材料費が多く要した。

んとし、種々研究考察を重ねた結果、本発明を完
成するに至つたものである。即ち本発明は、フイ
ルム原版1及び版2にそれぞれ同じ位置関係にあ
り且つ各々相対するものが同じ形状である3個以
上の小孔3,13,23,3′,13′,23′を
該版2の端部に設けられた印刷機取付用孔4とは
別個に形成したものを用い、前記フイルム原版及
び版2の各小孔3,13,23,3′,13′,2
3′、が互いに相対する位置になるようにピン5
等を用いて重ね合わせた後、露光することを特徴
とするフイルム原版を版に焼付ける方法である。

ければならない。又、版2に形成される小孔3′,
13′、23′は版2の端部に設けられた印刷機取
付用孔4とは別個に形成したものである。フイル
ム原版1及び版2における3個以上の小孔の位置
は各各の相対位置関係さえ互いに等しく定められ
たなら、どこにあつてもよいが、版2において前
記印刷機取付用孔4に対して一定の位置関係を保
つように予め定めておくと、異なる版に対しても
常に一定の位置にフイルム原版がセツトされるの
で色の異なる版に対する見当合わせが容易であ
る。又、小孔の位置の選定にはフイルム原版1の
固定され易さや作業性等を考慮することが望まし
い。

本発明は以上のような方法であるから、フイル
ム原版を正確に定められた位置の版上に重ね合わ
せて、固定することができる。その操作も簡単な
ものであるから、従来に比べて効率を高めること
ができる。更に、フイルム原版は必要部分のフイ
ルムしか使わないから材料費を下げることもで
き、既存の装置で露光できるものであるから、ひ
ろく印刷の版の焼付け工程に適用されることが期
待される。
