交差コイルの巻線構造に関するものである。

従来のこの種の交差コイル式計器構造としては
第2図に示すようになつている。これは、指針軸
1を取付けてなる円盤状の可動マグネツト2を、
上下に分割可能なコイルボビン3内に回転可能に
配置すると共に、そのコイルボビン3の外周に
は、先ず最初に内側コイル4を巻回せしめ、次い
で、その内側コイル4の外側に、その内側コイル
4と略90゜の巻き方向をかえて外側コイル5を巻
回せしめて構成したものである。なお6は前記指
針軸1の先端に取付けられた指針、7はその文字
板である。このように交差コイル4及び5を可動
マグネツト2を包囲するように巻回してなるエア
コアード型の交差コイル式計器にあつては、内側
コイル4を巻回してから外側コイル5を巻回する
構造のために、内側コイル4と外側コイルを、同
一線径の線を用いて同一の巻数で巻回したのでは
外側コイル5の方がその巻線長さが長くなる分だ
け抵抗値が大きくなり、更に可動マグネツト2ま
での距離が遠くなることから、印加電圧が一定で
あると磁場が弱くなり指度誤差即ち、コイルに入
力される信号波形によつて論理的に求まる指度に
対する誤差を生じることになる。従つて内側コイ
ルの発生磁場を弱くするために内側コイルの一部
を逆巻きにして外側のコイルと同一磁場になるよ
うに調整しているものもある。
