When sewage from a septic tank is separated into solid and liquid at the location where the septic tank is located using a sewage treatment vehicle that separates sewage into solid and liquid and drops the separated sludge and stores it in a sludge tank, the above separation is performed. Sludge usually loses its fluidity and tends to fall and accumulate in a part of the sludge tank, making it difficult to utilize the capacity of the sludge tank effectively.

The drawing shows an embodiment of the present invention together with various sewage treatment mechanisms installed in a sewage treatment vehicle (not shown), in which 1 has a stirring mechanism 1' in the center of the interior, and a stirring mechanism 1' in the center of the bottom. , a bubble generating section 1 formed by opening a pipe communicating with a pump (not shown)
Sewage mixing tank with 6 each, 2 is 30
A horizontal rotary concentrating and dewatering filter cylinder whose main body is a reticulated cylinder with ~100 mesh and a spiral sludge delivery weir 2' fixed on its inner surface. 3 is a sludge tank, and 4 is a filtrate tank, which mixes sewage. The tank 1 is equipped with a pressurization and depressurization device (not shown) so that its internal pressure can be pressurized or depressurized.
In the illustrated sewage treatment vehicle, when the vehicle is used, the above-mentioned stirring mechanism 1', the above-mentioned pressurization and depressurization device, etc. are operated as appropriate, and the pots are opened and closed as appropriate.
Suction and drainage hose 5 let out from hose winder 5'
The sewage from the septic tank is sucked and stored in the sewage mixing tank 1 through the septic tank, and the contained sewage is stirred by the stirring mechanism 1' together with the flocculant supplied from the flocculant liquid tank 6 to the sewage mixing tank 1 through the metering tank 7. By mixing, the sludge or foreign matter in the wastewater is made into a floc, and the floc-like sludge or foreign matter is
This adsorbs the air bubbles generated from the air bubble generation section 16 and floats them as sludge flocs in the sewage mixing tank 1.
The solid-liquid separated sludge (solid content) is discharged from the discharge part 2a into the sludge tank 3 through the sludge delivery weir 2' in the concentration and dehydration filter cylinder 2. On the other hand, clear water from which sludge or impurities in the sewage mixing tank 1 has been removed is separated into solid and liquid by the concentration and dehydration filtration tube 2, and is dripped from the separated water intake section 4' of the filtrated water tank 4 to the filtrated water tank 4. The separated water contained therein is made to flow back to the septic tank or the like as water.

According to the above-mentioned sewage treatment vehicle, depending on the nature of the sewage, air bubbles are generated immediately without introducing and stirring the flocculant solution, and the sludge flocs are left to separate into a floating floc layer and a clear water layer. After that, the clear water can also be pumped to the filtered water tank 4, septic tank, or the like.
The concentration and dewatering filter tube 2 is supported horizontally as shown in the figure by support rollers (not shown), and is rotated by a hydraulic motor (not shown). Sending weir 2'
A large number of drain holes are bored adjacent to the inner surface of the concentration/dehydration filter tube 2 as shown in the figure.

Therefore, in the present invention, the concentration dehydration filter cylinder 2
The sludge tank 3 is located below the discharge part 2a of the
A rotating spiral blade 8 is provided inside the sludge tank 3, and the separated sludge that has been separated and falls into the sludge tank 3 from the discharge part 2a is scraped off and moved to a vacant space within the sludge tank 3. There is. The separated sludge itself that falls from the concentrated dewatering filter tube 2 usually has a moisture content of 93 to 95%, has lost fluidity, and is likely to accumulate, but the separated sludge scraping device in the sewage treatment vehicle of the present invention Since the structure is as described above, the separated sludge that has fallen into the sludge tank 3 can be easily and hygienically scraped off by rotating the rotating spiral blade 8 with the handle 8' at one end thereof. can be moved to a vacant space, especially in the direction of the separated sludge discharge section 3a,
Therefore, the capacity of the sludge tank 3 can be fully and effectively utilized. At this time, the movement of the separated sludge to the empty space in the sludge tank 3 is also effectively carried out mainly by the sliding effect of the separated water seeping out at the bottom of the separated sludge, and the separated sludge is Even in the part where the blade 8 is not provided, the separated sludge pushed out by the rotating spiral blade 8 is effectively pushed out and moved into the empty space in the sludge tank 3.

In addition, in the drawing, 9 is an inspection window for observing the processing status of wastewater in the wastewater mixing tank 1, 10 is a pressure pump for discharging separated water, and 10 is a pressure pump for discharging separated water.
The separated water and clear water in the tank are returned to the septic tank as filled water by the pressure pump 10 through the suction and drainage hose 5. Reference numeral 11 denotes a nozzle provided outside the concentration and dehydration filter tube 2 for cleaning and preventing clogging of the concentration and dehydration filter tube 2, and is communicated with a high pressure water tank 13 via a high pressure pump 12. Further, 14 is a cleaning gun.

As mentioned above, the separated sludge scraping device for a sewage treatment vehicle of the present invention has a rotating spiral blade in the sludge tank, and the rotating spiral blade scrapes the separated sludge that has been separated and fallen without accumulating it. Since the sludge tank is constructed so that it can be easily moved to a vacant space within the sludge tank, the sludge tank can be fully filled with separated sludge, and the capacity of the sludge tank can be fully utilized effectively. This has great practical effects, such as being able to reduce the number of times separated sludge is dumped.
