記撹拌機構1′、上記加圧減圧装置等を適宜作動
させ、且つコツク類を適宜開閉することにより、
ホース巻取器5′から繰り出した吸排水ホース5
を介し浄化槽の汚水を汚水混合タンク1内に吸引
収容し、収容した汚水を、凝集剤液タンク6内か
ら計量タンク7を介し汚水混合タンク1内に供給
した凝集剤とともに撹拌機構1′で撹拌混合する
ことにより、汚水中の汚泥又は夾雑物をフロツク
状とし、フロツク状となつた汚泥又は夾雑物を、
これに上記気泡発生部16から発生する気泡を吸
着させて汚水混合タンク1内に汚泥フロツクとし
て浮上させ、該汚泥フロツクを濃縮脱水濾過筒2

ンク4の分離水取入部4′から濾過水タンク4内
に収容された分離水とを、上記浄化槽等に張水と
